4 Login In this Login screen, User should enter the valid User Name and Password. User can check the Remember me, for the future login purpose. After entered the valid User Name and Password then click Login button. Now the Home screen will display for the user. 1. Management In Management we have four menus they are Group, Users, Device, and Vehicles 1.1. Group Group Registration In Group Name should enter the name of the Group. Then click the Save Button, Now new Group account will be created. 4

5 Here we can view the Group Details like S.No, Group Name, Action. In Action column there is two buttons like edit and delete. By clicking the Edit Button user can edit the record and then should click the update button, now the edited record will save in the Group Account. In Delete button. If user click Delete button. Then the record will be delete User User Details In User Menu there is two details User Details, Login Details. In User Details user have to enter User Information Details.. In Login Details user have to enter the Login Details for the User. In User Details we have to provide First Name, Last Name, Gender, Time Zone, Contact Number, Contact number should be 10 Digit Number, Then In Contact want to provide the correct format of the Address. 5

6 In Configuration Details we have School, Role Type and Group. In School if user check the active button. User can view the School Menu. User can view all the information about school. In Role Type there are many types like Super Admin, Admin and User. Super Admin can have the access to create Admin and User. Admin can have the access to create User. User can have the limited access whatever given by the admin. In Group we should select the Group Name. Login Details In Login Details we have to enter the User Name, Password, Re-type Password, In Re Type password user have to enter the same password which user given to password. Re Type Password and the Password should be same. In Valid to we can select the particular days, months and years, Still the selected date and time a login Page will be in active. After that automatically login page will be expired. In Login Status we have two options like Active and Inactive. If you click active. Login Always be in active. If you click inactive then the user not able to login to his account. In Photo we have to browse and select the user photo. In Company Details user have to enter the Company Name, Company Address and Company Phone Number. After Enter the User Details and Login Details have to click the Save Button, Now all information will be saved. 6

7 1.3. Device Add Device In Device Account we should add the Device information's like Device Name, IMEI No, Device Model, Purchased On, Purchased By, SIM Number, SIM Serial Number, SIM Provider. IMEI Number should be 15 digit numbers. SIM Number should be 10 digit numbers. In SIM provider user should select the network of our SIM Number, Examples like Airtel, Aircel, Vodafone etc Driver Here User can view all the information's about the Device. In Action Column by clicking the Edit and Delete button, User can Edit and Delete the Data. 7

8 In Driver Account User should enter the Driver Name, Authentication, Driver License ID, Department, Mobile Number, License Valid till. Mobile Number should contains 10 digit numbers. After entered all the information about the Driver. Click the Save Button Now Driver Account will be saved Vehicles Add Vehicle Here in this table user can view all the information's about the Driver. User can Edit and Delete the values in this table. By clicking the Edit and Delete buttons in the Action Column. In Vehicle account User should add the Vehicle Information'slike Vehicle Name, Vehicle Make,Year,Type,Time Zone, Device Model, Group, Driver, Model, Plate No#, Color, Department, Vehicle Location, IMEI No, Vehicle Image. IMEI Number Should be 15 digits numbers. In Vehicle Image User can choose the images. That images will shown in the Tracking map. 8

9 2. Geofence Here in this table user can view all the information about the Vehicles. User can Edit and Delete the Vehicles in this table. By clicking the Edit and Delete buttons in the Action Column. In Geofence there are three types Square Circle Polygon Geofence Square Square shape will point the Geofence in the map. User can increase or decrease the size of the square. User can move anywhere in the map to point the Geofence. 9

10 In Type there are Restricted and Preferred. Restricted means user can restrict particular area are place, If vehicle enters that area user will get the alerts. Preferred means user can set preferred area. User can able to know whether vehicle enter into preferred area or not. Geofence Circle Here circle type shape will point for Geofence. In Circle type Geofence user can point anywhere in the map. Circle size user can increase and decrease according to his requirements. When ever user wants to update can update the size and place of the circle. User can set the alert when the vehicle entered into the circle or vehicle crosses that circle. 10

11 Geofence Polygon Here User can set the polygon shape to set the Geo-fence. User can move and set anywhere in the map. When ever user need can update the shape and the place. 11

12 2.2. Road Geofence In Road Geofence user can get the Path between one place to another place. User easily identifies the path between source to destination. To select the road point user should double click the map. User can restrict the vehicle should not deviate that particular path. To get a road Geofence user should select three points to get a path. User should give the name of the road Geofence. Then save the Geofence. User can edit and update the Geofence when ever user needs Landmark Geofence In Land Mark Geofence user can point the position in the map. Then user can move the Radius button. Then automatically size of the radius will change. Then user can set the alert for this particular area, if the vehicle cross this area are entered into this area user can get an alert. 12

13 3. Alerts There are many types of alerts they are 3.1. Ignition - User will receive the alert whenever the ignition become ON or OFF SOS - User will receive the alert when the vehicle in a danger position Over Speed - Whenever vehicle crosses the limited speed then user gets the Over Speed Alert Low Battery - When the Vehicle Battery become low then the user will get the Low Battery alert Power Cut OFF If unauthorized person start the vehicle then the power wire will automatically will cutoff Fuel Cut Off - If unauthorized person start the vehicle then the Fuel wire will automatically will cutoff 3.7. Idling - If the Vehicle Idle for long time then the user will get the alert Woke Up - When the vehicle starts for the first time in the day. Then the user will gets the alert Fatigue - User can set the driving time. If the vehicle exceeds the driving time then the user will get the alert Running Time - User can set the vehicle running time. If the vehicle run in that particular time then the user will get the Running Time Alert. 13

Geo Preferred If the vehicle not entered into the Geo Preferred area then the user will get the alert Geo Restricted If the vehicle entered into the restricted area then the user will get the Geo Restricted alert Road Geofence When the vehicle crosses the marked Road Geofence then the user will get the Road Geofence alert Landmark Geofence When the vehicle crosses the marked Land Mark Geofence then the user will get the alert Temp Sensor1 User can able to know temperature of vehicle Temp Sensor2 - User can able to know temperature of vehicle Long Stop If the Vehicle stopped for particular hours then the user will get the alert Harsh Acceleration If the driver puts the harsh acceleration. Then the user will get the alert Harsh Breaking If the driver puts the harsh break. Then the user will gets the Harsh Breaking Alert. In alert type user should choose the type of the alert. There are many types of alert listed. In Choose vehicle user should select the vehicle. 14

15 In Days to Send user can select day between Sunday to Saturday. In Send Between user can select the time intervals. In Valid for there can set the days or time. In On or OFF check box user can select either one. Likewise user will get the alert. In Send SMS user have to enter 10 digit phone number. In Send user should enter the correct address. 4. Reports 4.1 History Report In history report user can view the history information in a report format. In History Report user should select the vehicle and then select From Date and To Date. Then should click Submit button. Now the Report will display. In Report user can view the Vehicle Name, Driver Name,Status,Speed, Date Time, Location. In Location column user can view the latitude and longitude value. If user click the link then user can view the current vehicle location in a map. 15

16 4.2. Stoppage Report Here in this map user can view the current vehicle location. Here user can selected either map view or satellite view. In Stoppage Report user can view the Stoppage information in a report format. In Stoppage Report user should select the vehicle then From Date and To Date. Then should click Submit button. Now the Report will display. In Report user can view the Vehicle Name, Driver Name,Status,Speed, Date Time, Location. 16

17 In Location column user can view the latitude and longitude value. If user click the link then user can view the current vehicle location in a map 4.3. Idle Report Here in this map user can view the current vehicle location. In Idle Report user can view the idle information in a report format. In Stoppage Report user should select the vehicle then From Date and To Date. 17

18 Then should click Submit button. Now the Report will display. In Report user can view the Vehicle Name, Driver Name,Status,Speed, Date Time, Location In Location column user can view the latitude and longitude value. If user click the link then user can view the current vehicle location in a map 4.4. Running Report Here in this map user can view the current vehicle location. 18

19 In Running Report user can view the Vehicle Running information in a report format. In Running Report user should select the vehicle then From Date and To Date. Then should click Submit button. Now the Report will display. In Report user can view the Vehicle Name, Driver Name,Status,Speed, Date Time, Location. In Location column user can view the latitude and longitude value. If user click the link then user can view the current vehicle location in a map. Here in this map user can view the current vehicle running location. 19

20 4.5. Ignition Report YASH INFOSYSTEMS In Ignition Report user can view the Vehicle Ignition information in a report format. In Ignition Report user should select the vehicle then From Date and To Date. Then should click Submit button. Now the Report will display. In Report user can view the Ignition Status, Date Time, Km Traveled, Duration, Location. User can view the ignition status in a particular date time. In Location column user can view the latitude and longitude value. If user click the link then user can view the current vehicle location in a map. 20

21 4.6. Distance Report Here in this map user can view the current vehicle location. In Distance Report user can view the Vehicle Distance information in a report format. In Distance Report user should select the vehicle then From Date and To Date. Then should click Submit button. Now the Report will display. In Report user can view the From Date, To Date, On Duration, OFF Duration, Idle Duration, Km Traveled. On Duration will shows the duration of vehicle ON. OFF Duration will shows the duration of vehicle OFF. Idle Duration will shows the duration of vehicle Idle. Km Traveled will shows the kilometers of Vehicle Traveled. In Location column user can view the latitude and longitude value. If user click the link then user can view the current vehicle location in a map. 21

22 4.7. Raw Data Report In Raw Data Report user can view the Raw Data information in a report format. In Raw Data Report user should select the vehicle then From Date and To Date. Then should click Submit button. Now the Report will display. In Report user can view the Vehicle Name, Date Time, Raw Data. Raw Data means the data which receives from a device. 5. Dash Board 22

23 In Dash Board screen user can view the overall information about the Vehicle Tracking. In a Table user can view the vehicle, Data Time, Vehicle Plate No, Driver, Status, Speed of every vehicle. User can search the vehicle in the entries by giving the vehicle information. In vehicle information user can view the Plate Number, location, Status, Time, Group Name, Driver Name. Then user can view the Km/Per. In a Map View user can view the current location of a vehicle. If user Click the Vehicle then user can view the live tracking of a vehicle. All Vehicle - If user clicks the all vehicle button then user can view all vehicle information, On Move - If user clicks On Move button. User can view all moving vehicles in a dashboard. Stopped -If user clicks Stopped button. Then User can view Stopped vehicles in a dashboard. Idle - If user clicks Stopped button. Then User can view Stopped vehicles in a dashboard. Out Of Network - If user clicks Out Of Network button. Then User can view all Out of Network Vehicles in a dashboard. Towed: If user clicks towed button. Then User can view all Towed in a dashboard. 6. Map View 6.1. Live Map View 23

24 In a Live Map View user can view current location of a vehicle. There are two types of map they are Open Street and Google map. User can select any of the map to view the vehicle location. After select the live tab user should select the vehicle by clicking the check box. User can select more than one vehicle to view the location. If user clicks the vehicle. Then user can view Vehicle No, Speed, Time, Location. In location user can view current location of a vehicle. In Meter Gauge It will shows the speed of the vehicle in a meter format. In nearby Vehicle user can select the speed. Then user can view the nearest vehicle. All Vehicles If User clicks all vehicles button then all vehicles list will show below. Moving If User clicks Moving button then moving vehicles list will show below. No Network If User clicks No Network button then moving vehicles list will show below. Idle If User clicks Idle button then Idle vehicles will list below History Map View 24

25 In history map view user can view the vehicle traveled history. First user has to select the vehicle then have to select from date and to date then Should click GO button. Then should click the start date & time and end date and time button. Now the history view will shows in the map. User can play the history. User can select the status and icons to view the history. If the user select the Running status then the history map will shows in the green symbols of running history. If the user select the Stopped status then the history map will shows in the red symbols of stopped history. If the user select the Idle status then the history map will shows in the blue symbols of idle history. If the user select the over speed violation status then the history map will shows in the orange symbols of over speed violation history. 7. School If the user select the Geo Zone Violation status then the history map will shows in the black symbols of over Geo Zone violation history. In School there are three tabs they are Trip View, Students, Parents. 7.1 Trip View Here user can manage the Trip by giving the trip details. Have to enter the Trip Name, In Time have to enter Morning start time, Morning End Time, Evening Start Time, Evening End Time. 25

26 Then have to click the save button now the trip information will be saved. Here user can assign the trip to vehicle. First user should select the trip name then have to select the vehicle. Then have to click the save button now the trip information has been saved. 7.3 Parents In Parents information user should enter the Name, Mobile Number, Home Address, ID, User Name, Password, and Other Address. Mobile number should be 10 digit number. Address should be correct format of address. 26

27 7.2. Student YASH INFOSYSTEMS In Manage Classes user have to enter the class name. In Manage Division user should enter the Division Details. In student information user have to enter the Name, Identification(ID), Date of Birth, RFID Card, Gender, Class, Choose Division, Parent/Guardian Name, Assign Trip. 27

28 Setup Notifications YASH INFOSYSTEMS In Set Notifications there are many templates are there to send. User should select the template name then have to select SMS, mail, or popup. If user selects the SMS then the parents gets the SMS. If user selects the mail then the parents get the mail message. If user selects the popup then the parents they gets the popup message in their message. 8. Page Configuration By clicking settings we can enter into page configuration page. We should select the user name in the drop down box then want to click Go button. By check the options user can give the rights to access. Whenever we want to change the configuration we can able to do. 28

29 After click the save button then Page Configuration information will be saved for that particular user. When we want to know what ever the access is given to user means we have to select the User name and then want to click Go button then it will shows the access we already given to user.
