NOTE: If you have already created an account using one of the smart phone app s you will use the same login and password for the web based app. 1. Go to click user login and select the Not yet registered? Sign up link to begin creating an account. 1

Login to Your Account You must be logged into your account to control your vehicle with the CarLink website. Go to and select User Login to enter your login information. 2

Billing Information The Billing Information is maintained at the account level and applies to any subscriptions on the account. The Subscription information is maintained at the vehicle level.

This allows you to have more than one vehicle on your account with differing renewal periods for each. Select Billing Information from the home page, you be directed to add your billing information if you have not done so already. If you have already added your information and are returning to this screen you will be directed to edit your billing information. Your credit card will not be billed until you select a subscription. Entering your credit card information does not automatically activate your CarLink subscription. 3

Adding A Vehicle Add your vehicle to the account by clicking the Add Car button and enter the CarLink information below. Note you must be logged into your account. 1. Enter vehicle name. 2.

Enter the 19 digit ICC ID/SIM number provided by the dealer. 3. Enter one time use, 4 digit code provided by the dealer. 4. Toggle alerts on or off. Edit Car The Edit Car screen is where you will be able to edit the name of the vehicle and manage your alerts. Some features require your system be installed with a compatible Omega brand alarm system. See your installation dealer for details. NOTE: The alerts feature must be set up through one of the smartphone apps and is not available to website only users. 1. Select Edit Car from an existing vehicle in the Keypad/Home screen. 2. Edit the Vehicle Name or select one or both of the check boxes to toggle the alerts on or off. 3. Select SAVE to save your changes. 4

5 Edit Car (continued) Name: Edit the Vehicle s Name. This name will appear in the app as well an on the website home page. Geofences*: Select Configure and create up to 3 Geofence areas for notification. To add a new Geofence select the + icon on the right of the screen next to Geo Fences. Then choose the shape of the Geofence and add a unique name to each Geofence. This name will be used in any alerts you receive. For each Geofence you create you can select to be notified when entering, exiting or both. Door and Shock Alert: If your system is connected to a compatible security system you can configure it to send a text message, or both in the event your security system is triggered by the shock sensor or if a door has been opened while the system is armed. Low Battery Alert: Toggle this feature on to receive alerts if the vehicle s battery voltage drops to 11 volts or lower. Security Fence Alert*: When this feature is ON, each time the app is used to lock the vehicle, a 500 meter security Geofence surrounding the vehicle is activated. You will be notified if the vehicle leaves this area when active. NOTE THAT YOU MUST USE THE APP TO UNLOCK THE VEHICLE TO DISABLE THE SECURITY GEOFENCE, IF YOU USE THE VEHICLE S KEY OR KEYLESS ENTRY REMOTE TO UNLOCK AND ENTER THE VEHICLE THE SECURITY GEO FENCE WILL STILL BE ACTIVE. Speed Alert*: Toggle this feature on to receive alerts if the vehicle s speed exceeds the selected limit for more than 10 seconds. Daily Location Alert*: Toggle this feature on to receive daily alerts with the vehicle s current location at the time specified. If the vehicles location can not be determined at the specific time, you will receive a notification that the vehicle could not be reached and the system will to try and reach the vehicle for the next 30 minutes. * = These features are only available with CarLink-GPS and a GPS subscription. Note: Alert recipients and text information must be added in the mobile app. 5

You can select the Configure Geofences link to go to the configuration page to edit / add a Geofence. Note: All Geofence entry and exits will be reported in this list even if they have not been set to alert via text / . This icon will show location information caused by entering / exiting a Geofence, a daily alert, or a location request by a user. This icon will show location information caused by the vehicle leaving a security fence set when the system was locked with the app. GPS Operation without Door Locks The CarLink-GPS can be installed in a vehicle and not connected to control the door locks. In this configuration the Lock and Unlock buttons would only function to turn ON and OFF the security fence. This would be reflected by the name that appears on the buttons inside the web app or smart phone app. in place of Lock and Unlock you would see Fence and Unfence. 7

On the home page, you will see the vehicle interface on the right side of your screen. Click on Subscription to view your current service plan and edit it as needed. 8

Click on Current Subscription to edit or renew your current plan. The Current Subscription screen shows your current term and your Auto-Renew status. You can click ON/OFF to enable/disable Auto- Renew. To manually renew or to activate your first subscription, click on Renew. NOTE: The screen below reflects the included 3 day trial period that s included when you first activate your system. Upon renewal, you can edit the auto-renew feature. The Subscription renewal screen takes you through 5 easy steps to activate your first service term or to manually renew your service term. Just follow the screen prompts. 9

Enter the login address you used to create your account. 3. Click the Send button and your password will be ed to you. Transfer Car If the vehicle transfers ownership, you can also transfer the remaining subscription to the new owner. Once the new owner has created a CarLink account, you can enter there user login and create a 4 digit security code to transfer the remaining subscription balance to there account. You will receive an to confirm this transfer. Once the transfer has been confirmed the new owner will receive and with a link that will prompt them to enter the 4 digit security code you choose to add the car to there account. End of Subscription Before the end of your subscription you will receive a reminder 30 days and 15 days before the subscription expires. If you have selected the auto renew option your subscription will be renewed for another year. If you have not selected the auto renew option your CarLink service will end. Your will have the ability to renew your subscription by selecting the Subscription link and completing your new subscription. 10
