6 our samples & packaging prices Pre-Production Samples If you need to see what your design will look like before producing a full run we can produce Pre-Production samples for you. Digital printing is ideal for this as we re able to print one-off samples at a lower cost. Claim the cost of your digital samples back! We ll deduct the pre-production sample costs from your invoice, for each design, when you order a minimum of 25 units of that design and product type. Ask our team or visit our website for more details. Example: 3 bag pre-production bag samples purchased. Order placed for 25 units of each of 2 of these designs means that 2 sample charges are deducted from your order invoice. Delivery charges are non-deductable. Digitally Printed Pre-Production Samples If you re placing your first Digital order you may wish to have a one-off Pre-Production Sample produced first so you can check that you are happy with the s of your design. We don t make any adjustments to your artwork - we ll print in CMYK as the file you send to us. Screen Printed Pre-Production Samples If you require a one-off Screen Printed sample the charge would reflect the number of s in your design and the type of product. If you approve the Pre-Production Samples and proceed with a full run (with no changes to the artwork) we wouldn t charge for the Screens on your final order. Please find examples of the costs below: Tea Towels - cost of the Set Up e.g. a single design would have a Set Up cost of + VAT Bags/Cushion Covers/Aprons/Oven Gloves - cost of the Set Up plus 10 each + VAT for making up e.g. a 2 Cushion Cover would have a Set Up Cost of 53 + VAT, plus making up charge of 10 + VAT = total of 63 + VAT Packaging Options We have a range of packaging options available for your products but please let us know if you need to discuss a different type of packaging that isn t listed below.
