5 FEEL GOOD AT WORK AND INCREASE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY! With today s progress in the office environment, we are looking for more open landscapes and activity-based work areas. This means a new creative way of working, but it can also mean workplace health risks. Sound; when more people share the same areas and fewer own offices the noise level increases significantly. With today s architecture that involves a lot of metal, glass and other hard surfaces the sound reflection around and degrades the work environment. Wellbeing; ergonomically, it s best to change your way of working several times a day. Standing up or sitting on a pilates ball at the desk is proven better for health and promotes the right body posture. To change workplace and position is a way of preventing workplace related injuries. Stand up and walk around when you talk on the phone, invite to so-called Walk and talk meetings or why not stop and do some easy workout and exercise at the desk?
