The FlexTech Program reinforces the ownership experience, and helps you communicate the strength and quality of the brand. The program is designed to take the customer through the purchase journey. It also creates dealership space for education and advancement using modern, forward-thinking designs. We offer dynamic, flexible merchandising displays that provide scalability and modularity for a clean, sophisticated and cohesive look. 3 CUSTOMER PATH Fulfilling the Trip Mission There are unique zones within your dealership where customers spend time. The FlexTech program creates environments that facilitate the way customers move through your space and their mindset at each stage of the ownership life cycle. Each zone has specific elements and tools to inform, inspire and motivate consumers as they progress through the purchase process. The integration of these fixtures with the customer journey changes the way consumers experience the dealership environment based on the customer trip mission, such as the research and purchase of a new vehicle, or accessorizing or servicing a current vehicle. 3

6 BRAND EXPLORATION WALL The Brand Exploration Wall is a dynamic visual that enables you to tell the brand story and educate customers about the rich heritage and legacy of Mopar quality parts and service. This large-format presentation uses magnetic panels that are easy to install and allow for quick updates. 6

7 SERVICE DRIVE We offer opportunities to create awareness of the Mopar brand as customers enter the service drive. The program offers options to promote Express Lane, parts and accessories, and service messaging. Through colorful floor graphics, directional assistance and prominent graphics, this program helps make the service drive a messaging center and Mopar destination. 7
