2 S9k Electronic HACCP Clipboard (EHC) The S9k EHC replaces the Sentry9000 HACCP system. Sentry9000 Inc. was the first company to develop a digital data collection system for the USDA mandated school HACCP program. Sentry9000 is still the leader in mobile electronic digital data collection for the food industry. Technology has taken massive leaps in small computers, complex smartphones and cloud computing in a relatively short time from the start of HACCP in school cafeterias until today. Sentry9000 Inc. has also taken massive leaps. An Android app for Android Tablets has been developed for employee ease of use with a more powerful handheld computer at less cost that the Sentry9000 HACCP System and all competing systems. The EHC can also be used on any mobile, laptop, PC or hardware that has an Internet browser with wireless access. EHC Pricing S9k EHC Software and first year Annual Service Fee 1. Internet training for Administration and Cafeteria Mangers. 2. Secure web site for review and reports. 3. Off-site server with database for analytical analysis of input data and storage 4. Server backed up daily with weekly off-site backup. Data is maintained for 5 years and can be for a longer period. 5. Telephone Technical Support, 24/7, for the EHC. This can be used on an Android tablet or phone that has the Android OS 2.0 and higher. The 7 Android tablets work well for this application. Brand name Android tablets include Samsung, Acer, Archos, Asus, Kyros, Kindle Fire and more. Coordinate tablet purchase with district Technology Department. An optional accessory is the BlueTherm Bluetooth Temperature Probe that is available directly from Thermoworks at The BlueTherm requires a an Android tablet with Bluetooth Capability. This software can also be used with any hardware that has an Internet Browser with Internet access such as the ipad, ipod, netbook, laptop, desktop, and more. BlueTherm option not available for this application. EHC includes the S9k Employee Training Record and S9k PM and Equipment Inventory Program at no charge. 3 S9k Temperature Alert System Sentry9000 provides two different type temperature sensors and receiving equipment for monitoring coolers, freezers and warmers. WiFi Temperature Sensors (802.11) The WiFi sensors utilize wireless access in the kitchen area for sending signals to the temperature management software. The data is sent to a receiver located off-site with temperature management software(tempdaq). Temperature results are displayed on a secure web site and alerts are sent visually, by and by cell phone to designated personnel. 418MHz Temperature Sensors The 418 MHz sensors require a 418MHz receiver within the kitchen area to receive the signals from the sensors. A computer with the 418MHz temperature management software(tempdaq) is located within the district network. Temperature results are displayed on a secure web site and alerts are sent visually, by and by cell phone to designated personnel. 4 March 9, 2012 Terms and Conditions The prices on the quote are effective until the date shown under special instructions. They may change after that date. Special discounts expire on date shown in special instructions. The quote includes all software, implementation, training, and technical support. This quote is for software, implementation of the software and training of personnel. No hardware is associated with this quote. It is the responsibility of the customer to purchase hardware with the specifications necessary to meet the requirements of the Sentry9000 software. Sentry9000 will coordinate with the customer s technology department, or will make the hardware purchases directly for the customer, if desired. Sentry9000 must receive payment in full for the hardware prior to Sentry9000 making the purchase. Warranty will be the manufacturer s warranty and will be addressed by the customer with the manufacturer. Training for the managers in the operation of the S9k Electronic HACCP Clipboard (EHC) is conducted by Internet training. All Administration training for infrastructure development is conducted in the same format. The payment is due prior to the implementation of the S9k EHC system upon the designated hardware. All future invoices are due within ten days of receipt. There are no refunds after the initial 30 days from implementation. The customer is required to provide wireless internet access for the handheld computers and the WiFi Temperature Sensors. The installation of WiFi sensors requires WPA2-PSK (AES) or WPA-PSK (TKIP) or WEP- 128 security or mac address security or open security on the wireless access point. All data will be sent via the customer s Internet connection to a server at the Sentry9000 Inc. off-site location. The database for storage and data handling is proprietary software and is only housed at the Sentry9000 Inc. server locations which are in California and Texas. Backups are made daily with a weekly backup stored off-site. Customer access to the data is provided via Internet access on a secure web browser. Annual Service Fee Toll-free te24/7 telephone technical support for system software issues. All universal system software upgrades. Minor software changes that do not require a development project to be created. Data storage for 5 years with daily backups and off-site backups. A longer storage time is available. All contracted work by Sentry9000 Inc. outside the realm of this quote, to include customer mandated modifications to the web site, database, or Sentry9000 software and other technical situations, will be charged at the hourly rate of $ The agreement may be cancelled at any time by the customer with 30-day notice. If the customer requests copies of the data with the cancellation of service, they will be provided at the current hourly rate.

5 Hardware Specifications Android OS units Currently Android phones and Android tablets are in use with the Sentry9000 system. Phones change quite often as well as tablets. The S9k app can be used on older operating systems as far back as the 2.0 OS. Tablets on the market are most likely to have 2.2 OS and 3.0+OS. The tablets that are currently in use by Sentry9000 customers and performing well are the Amazon Kindle Fire for customers that do not need Bluetooth capability for Bluetooth Temperature Probes or Bluetooth Scanners. Additional Android tablets without Bluetooth capability are the Coby Kyros and the B&N Nook. The Samsung Galaxy 7+ is used by customers that are using a Bluetooth Temperature Probe and is well liked. This is currently perceived as the best on the market, and the most expensive. The Archos Internet 7 is being tested by Food Horizon Inc. in the U.K. at this time. No problems have been noted. The manufacturers - Acer and Asus - make Bluetooth capable Android tablets that have good reviews. None are currently used by Sentry9000 customers. This is a dynamic product and the market reflects this as quality gets better with newer products and prices change with new additions to the marketplace. OS other than Android An app has not been developed for any other OS. However, the Sentry9000 software can be used on any tablet, smart phone, netbook, laptop, desktop, or other unit that has an Internet browser. This includes Blackberry, Apple, Palm, Linux and Windows devices. The forms are used as web forms. They are not Bluetooth capable. Windows based PC If a Windows based PC is to be purchased for an S9k Temperature Alert System and/or an EZ Inventory System, it is recommended that the unit has Windows 7 OS, 2-4Mb Ram depending on the application, and a minimum of 250Gb hard drive.
