When Konica Minolta created bizhub apps, we also created the bizhub MarketPlace: a simple, user-friendly gateway that makes it easy to access, explore and download the apps that are most important to streamlining your workflow, improving your productivity and enhancing your user experience. The bizhub MarketPlace now provides MFP panel customization and device administration control. This advanced feature set, known as bizhub MarketPlace Chameleon, provides a drag-anddrop web tool to customize your touchscreen panels. You can add or delete functions to streamline your workflow, and customize the touchscreen with your company colors, images, and logos. bizhub MarketPlace Chameleon also gives you centralized MFP operations with improved administration of your apps and devices. Administrators can install their custom user interface and bizhub MarketPlace apps across their MFP fleet, choose where apps will be positioned on the Home screen, choose to run custom panels as the default MFP interface, and more. 4 bizhub Connector for Evernote: Easily connect, scan and share your information in the Cloud. bizhub Connector for Box: Simple and secure access to your Cloud-hosted business files. The bizhub Connector for Box app allows you to access Box, an online file sharing and cloud content management service. With this app, you can browse through your Box folders, access, preview and print files, scan documents into Box, and much more right at your MFP.* bizhub Connector for Dropbox: Easily and securely access your information in the Cloud. The bizhub Connector for Dropbox app allows you to directly access Dropbox, a file hosting service that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, and client software. With this app, you can browse through your Dropbox folders, access files in Dropbox, scan documents into Dropbox, and much more - all at the MFP.* Getting organized is easy with the bizhub Connector for Evernote app, which provides direct access to Evernote, the popular, Cloud-based application designed for taking and storing notes. You can view your Evernote notebooks and notes, print notes, upload new notes into specific notebooks, and more right at the MFP. With the bizhub Connector for Evernote app, your notes, files, and images are always at your fingertips. bizhub Connector for FilesAnywhere Secure access to your cloud-based business files. The bizhub Connector for FilesAnywhere app allows you to directly access FilesAnywhere, a cloud-based file storage service. 5 bizhub Connector for OneDrive Scan, print and upload files. The bizhub Connector for OneDrive app will give users the ability to scan files into OneDrive, print files from OneDrive and perform basic file operations in OneDrive. OneDrive allows users to sync files between different devices, thereby allowing a user to scan a file from the MFP and have the file appear on all their connected devices. Likewise, OneDrive enables users to send files to the MFP using a wide array of devices, enabling users to add MFPs to their array of interconnected devices. bizhub Connector for FileAssist: Securely store, share and collaborate in the Cloud. Access your business files in the cloud by connecting to Konica Minolta s FileAssist solution directly at the MFP using our award-winning INFO-Palette touch panel interface. The bizhub Connector for FileAssist app allows for seamless integration with FileAssist, a cloud-enabled document management solution for securely storing and sharing your information. With this app, you can browse through your FileAssist folders, access files, scan documents into selected folders or upload them onto any of your other FileAssist enabled devices, and much more all at the MFP

6 RSS Feeds: Customize the feeds that arrive at your bizhub. For working professionals, the RSS Feeds app makes getting the latest information from RSS news feeds faster and easier. You can customize the RSS Feeds app to display specific feeds from organizations that are related to your industry, weblogs, subscribed online published content, and other sources you count on for important bulletins and late-breaking news. You can access your RSS feeds at the touch of a button or have them automatically displayed on your bizhub MFP screen. Connect to Twitter: Automatic Tweets about your business. This useful app connects you to one of the Internet s most popular information resources. Connect to Twitter displays a list of tweets (140-character messages) based on a search string that s relevant to your business or organization.* With Connect to Twitter, you ll always be in the loop up to date on the latest corporate news bulletins and online information you ll need to know. Announcement: An easy way to communicate to your employees. A strong corporate culture depends on sharing information, announcements and marketing messages with every employee and with the Announcement app, you can customize your MFP control panel to display a corporate ad or announcement. What s best is the ad appears as a screensaver on the MFP when the MFP is not in use so that it never interferes with normal work. For corporate/enterprise environments, Konica Minolta has also created the Corporate Announcements application, a PC-based software solution that allows you to manage multiple ads on multiple MFPs. With the bizhub MarketPlace Announcement app and the PC-based Corporate Announcements application, Konica Minolta provides you with the tools you need to build your company s corporate culture by broadcasting your announcements and ads to all bizhub MFPs on the network. *Twitter is a registered trademark of Twitter, Inc.

The bizhub Connector for Finance app displays up-to-theminute quotes on five stocks of your choosing. Without leaving your bizhub, you ll be able to keep track of current investments and react quickly to take advantage of new opportunities.** How2: Need help with something? Get answers straight from the MFP. With this unique app, you have access to brief video tutorials that walk you through the most common functions of your MFP. You ll find help with printing from a USB drive, sending documents via , setting finishing options, and much more. You can view these videos on your smartphone or tablet by simply scanning the QR code in the app, or view the tutorials on your PC at This app also allows you to view and print PDF versions of the video tutorials. However you decide to use the How2 app, it makes learning simple, easy, and most importantly convenient. Connect to Weather: Easier than looking out the window. What s the weather like? Will it affect your drive time or your travel plans? With the Connect to Weather app, you can access weather information in your current location or in another location you select. One touch connects you to information from either the National Weather Service, World Weather Online, or Yahoo Weather public information site. 8 bizhub Connector for Gmail: Simple and efficient access to Gmail and Gmail attachments. Browse, preview and print your s and attachments directly from Gmail - without ever leaving your MFP. Take advantage of cloud technology with the bizhub Connector for Gmail app. Once logged into your Gmail account at the MFP s control panel, you can browse, search, preview and print s and attachments - all directly at the MFP control panel. bizhub Connector for Google Drive: A direct line to Google documents. Browse, preview, print and upload Google documents directly from the MFP. Once logged into your Google account at the MFP s control panel, you can browse, search, preview, and print your documents in Google Drive, scan and upload your paper documents to folders and more. Connect to Microsoft SharePoint: Online storage and retrieval at your bizhub. The Connect to Microsoft SharePoint app gives you one-touch access to cloud storage from your bizhub MFP. SharePoint is a productivity platform that empowers people to work together more effectively sharing information, organizing data, and collaborating with point-and-click ease. And with the Connect to Microsoft SharePoint app, you can access your SharePoint account, browse through SharePoint libraries, preview documents, upload documents to SharePoint folders, and download files to print all at the MFP.** For simple data backup and fast, secure storage and retrieval, the Connect to Microsoft SharePoint app is an essential workflow advantage. 9 Simple Copy: Easy, quick and convenient copying. The Simple Copy app makes it easy to set up your copy job. This time-saving app groups the most commonly used copy options together, using graphical icons and buttons to guide you through the copy process in the most intuitive way possible. For your convenience, you can now specify the color, number of copies you would like to make, whether your originals are single-sided or double-sized, and the paper size you need all on the first screen. And the Simple Copy app also provides an Eco-Copy button that is predefined with settings specifically designed to reduce copying costs. Using the Simple Copy app, you can specify more advanced options, such as output format and finishing features (depending on which bizhub MFP you use). You can customize scanning functions (autorotate, background removal, density setting, original document type) as well as specify output options like simplex, duplex, document combinations, and sorting options. When your job begins, a visual indicator appears to show that copying is in progress. Paper Templates Lite: Paper Templates: A library of forms at the touch of a button. With the Paper Templates Lite app, you ll be able to access and print out the forms and documents you need most often cover sheets, permissions forms, certificates, ruled paper, graph paper, blank sheet music and many more. Simple on-screen commands make it easy to specify paper size, number of copies, and finishing options. You ll save time by eliminating the need to go to your PC. Because forms are stored electronically in your bizhub MFP memory, you won t have the expense of stocking and storing preprinted forms. 1 Additional forms and functions for your Paper Templates. In addition to the Paper Templates Lite app, Paper Templates offers you extra functionality, allowing you to scan/upload your own documents to the app for future use and delete both preloaded and imported documents. In addition, the identifying watermark ( printed using Konica Minolta Paper Templates ) is removed from the bottom of each page. 2 3

10 Kno2fax: Simple, secure cloud-based exchange of healthcare information. The Kno2fax app* allows for seamless integration with Inofile Kno2, a cloud-based software application that enables healthcare providers to send and receive patient information simply, securely and affordably. With this app, clinical documentation can be scanned and converted to a standard format that satisfies current healthcare regulations and requirements right from the bizhub MFP control panel. Please be aware that with each Kno2fax app installation there is an additional Network Access Charge required for each MFP. The Connect to OnBase App provides a simple, costeffective yet powerful way to integrate OnBase, Hyland Software s enterprise content management solution, with our award-winning bizhub MFP devices. With this app, storing critical information in OnBase is faster, more convenient, and easier than ever. You can scan, index, and upload documents directly into OnBase from the control panel of the MFP, making documents immediately available throughout the enterprise. The Connect to OnBase app allows organizations to leverage their bizhub MFPs to connect directly to one of today s leading content management systems. *Compatible with select MFPs. 11 bizhub SECURE Notifier: Confidence that your bizhub is protected. When your bizhub has the lock-down protection of bizhub SECURE, you have the resources you need to protect valuable data on your bizhub s internal hard drive and this app makes it easy for you to check the status of your bizhub SECURE settings, including Administrator Password, HDD Encryption, HDD Password Protection, Auto Document Deletion, and Temporary Data Overwrite. The bizhub SECURE Notifier app visually indicates whether or not the MFP is secure, lists the status of your security settings, and allows you to print out status reports. With this app, you can have immediate peace of mind that your data is secure and protected. Scan Clerk: Faster distribution to attorneys and clients. The Scan Clerk app gives legal providers a quick way to scan and distribute information to pre-programmed addresses of attorneys, clients, courts and other legal service providers. You can create separate address books with buttons for each legal case, set default legal address settings, or change settings on-the-fly, as needed. With the Scan Clerk app, it s easy to manage legal address books, restrict user access, and customize scan settings to suit your legal needs. For paralegals and legal temps, Scan Clerk simplifies the process of distributing information and helps avoid time-consuming omission and redistribution problems. Clean Planet: Recycling can be easier than ever. Konica Minolta s Clean Planet program is the industry s first cost-free recycling plan for all bizhub consumables. With the Clean Planet app, you can order bulk shipping boxes and print shipping labels directly from your bizhub MFP. For extra speed and convenience, the Clean Planet app accesses your saved customer information to pre-populate order form fields with addresses and MFP serial numbers. Shipping box ordering and label printing options can be displayed at the touch of a button without the need to re-enter your customer and MFP data each time you order. Express Connect Higher productivity is just a touch away. The Express Connect app gives you fast, easy access to the web pages you visit most often. You can identify web pages with intuitive icons, go straight to your site without additional keystrokes, and use the same simple Express Connect portal for both corporate and general websites. The Express Connect app can be easily customized to best suit your needs. You can choose whether to display your links as large icons, small icons, or in a text format. You can organize your links alphabetically or by most frequently or most recently viewed. You can also control the overall appearance of the app by changing the background color, color of the text, etc. With the Express Connect app, your favorite web pages are never more than a quick touch away.

12 Here s how to use the bizhub MarketPlace. Browsing and purchasing your apps online: TO BEGIN Go to to access the bizhub MarketPlace online. LOG IN To create a free bizhub MarketPlace account, click on the Create Account link. Enter an address, provide minimal personal information (such as name and address) and enter a password for your account. BROWSE APPS The bizhub MarketPlace web site has all the information you need including illustrations and detailed descriptions of each app. PURCHASE APPS Click the Buy Now button to add one or more apps to your Shopping Cart. CHECK OUT Click the Checkout button when you are ready. Click on Next to access and provide information on the Account and Payment pages before clicking on the Place Order button on the final Confirmation page. Accessing the bizhub MarketPlace from your MFP control panel: TO BEGIN Tap on the bizhub MarketPlace button on your bizhub MFP screen. The apps that are currently installed will be displayed. MANAGE APPS Tap on the App Manager button to install, purchase, configure, and remove apps. You will be prompted to log into your bizhub MarketPlace account and then enter the MFP s administrative password before accessing the App Manager. Enter the password and tap on the Login button. Installing apps on your MFP: VIEW PURCHASED APPS On the MFP s App Manager screen, click on the Purchased button. INSTALL Tap on the Install button next to the app you want to install. You ll be able to watch the installation process taking place. Managing Custom Panels: TO BEGIN Click on the Custom Panels link on the bizhub MarketPlace web site to get started. You now have the ability to view, create, edit, and manage custom panels for your MFP. A custom panel designer tool makes it simple to customize your MFP to suit your specific business needs. Managing Your Devices: TO BEGIN Click on the Devices link on the bizhub MarketPlace web site to view and manage the devices that have bizhub MarketPlace installed on them. It s now easier than ever to install bizhub MarketPlace apps, custom panels, and custom panel device licenses using the bizhub MarketPlace. Configuring your apps: TO BEGIN On the MFP s App Manager screen, tap on the Settings button next to the app that you want to configure. MODIFY SETTINGS Edit settings for the app on the Configuration screen that follows. Removing apps from your MFP: TO BEGIN On the MFP s App Manager s Installed Applications screen, tap on the Remove button next to the app that you want to remove. REMOVE APP Tap on the Remove button on the Delete Confirmation screen that follows. Requirements Installation of the bizhub MarketPlace application must be performed by an authorized service technician. Installation is FREE, but the MFP must be optimized for internet connectivity.
