8 PRINT APPS PAPER TEMPLATES LITE A library of forms at the touch of a button PAPER TEMPLATES Additional forms and functions for your Paper Template With the Paper Templates Lite app, you can access and print the forms and documents you need most, including: In addition to the Paper Templates Lite app, Paper Templates offers you extra functionality, allowing you to scan/upload your own documents to the app for future use and delete both preloaded and imported documents. In addition, the identifying watermark ( printed using Konica Minolta Paper Templates ) is removed from the bottom of each page. Cover sheets Permission forms Certificates Ruled paper Graph paper Blank sheet music Simple on-screen commands make it easy to specify paper size, number of copies and finishing options. You ll save time by eliminating the need to go to your PC. And because forms are stored electronically in your bizhub MFP memory, you won t have the expense of stocking and storing preprinted forms. Note that this free app does not include the import/delete document feature included with the Paper Templates app. Also, documents printed from this app will display a Konica Minolta logo watermark. To remove this watermark, upgrade this lite application by purchasing the complete Paper Templates app. SIMPLE COPY Easy, quick and convenient copying The Simple Copy app makes it easy to set up your copy job. This timesaving app groups the most commonly-used copy options together, using graphical icons and buttons to guide you through the copy process in the most intuitive way possible. For your convenience, you can now specify the color, number of copies you would like to make, whether your originals are single-sided or double-sided and the paper size you need all on the first screen. The Simple Copy app also provides an Eco-Copy button that is predefined with settings specifically designed to reduce copying costs. Using the Simple Copy app, you can specify more advanced options, such as output format and finishing features. BROWSING AND PURCHASING YOUR APPS ONLINE To begin Go to konicaminoltamarketplace.com to access the MarketPlace online. Log in To create a free MarketPlace account, click on the User icon and then enter your address and password to quickly set up your account. Browse apps The MarketPlace website has all the information you need including illustrations and detailed descriptions of each app. Purchase apps Click the Buy Now button to add one or more apps to your Shopping Cart. Checkout Click the Shopping Cart icon when you are ready to check out. Provide payment information before placing the order. ACCESSING THE MARKETPLACE FROM YOUR MFP CONTROL PANEL To begin Tap on the MarketPlace button on your bizhub MFP screen. The apps that are currently installed will be displayed. Manage apps Tap on the App Manager button to install, purchase, configure and remove apps. You will be prompted to log into your MarketPlace account and then enter the MFP s administrative password before accessing the App Manager. INSTALLING APPS ON YOUR MFP View purchased apps Install On the MFP s App Manager screen, tap on the Purchased tab. Tap on the Install button next to the app you want to install. You ll be able to watch the installation process taking place. CONFIGURING YOUR APPS To begin On the MFP s App Manager screen, tap on the Settings button next to the app that you want to configure. Modify settings Edit settings for the app on the Configuration screen that appears. REMOVING APPS FROM YOUR MFP To begin On the MFP s App Manager s Installed screen, tap on the Remove button next to the app that you want to remove. Remove app Tap on the Remove button on the Delete Confirmation screen that appears. CREATING CUSTOM UIs Click on the MFP UIs link on the MarketPlace website to get started. You now have the ability to view, create, edit and manage custom UIs for your MFP. A custom UI designer tool makes it simple to customize your MFP to suit your specific business needs. MANAGING YOUR DEVICES Click on the Devices link on the MarketPlace website to view and manage the devices that have MarketPlace installed on them. You can also click on the Apps & Licenses link to install apps and custom MFP UIs on MFPs throughout the workplace.
