2 Workflow HTML Area fields now support images which are automatically uploaded to the server and stored as part of the rich text within the fields. Images are simply pasted inline with the text HTML Area fields now support embedded documents. Documents are simply pasted into the field Screenshots and other images may be copied directly from the local computer s clipboard into an attachment which is being loaded into an image field or file attachment there is no need to save the image to a file prior to this action Significantly improved performance when viewing history of issues with large numbers of updates New option to select all attachments within an issue for further processing, such as ing and deletions

3 Workspaces New personal option to open new panels offset and to the right as opposed to offset and downwards Improved sizing of panels to their content when they are first opened

4 Notifications Outgoing notifications can automatically include a return address to handle undeliverable mail New Business Rule options to add file attachments to outgoing ad hoc notifications Issues submitted via EVMail that are being used to populate HTML Area fields will have much improved formatting, to more closely represent the original as it was sent Option to allow notifications to size to the width of their content, as opposed to having a fixed width

5 Reports New chart output options Users may provide different formats for the dates used as labels on the X axis of charts The size of fonts on some chart output has been altered for consistency Option to display, or not display, grid lines on the output of charts Improved presentation of PDF reports, with consistent font sizes and color Query filters that use popup list fields may now use disabled values within the filters Improved performance of hierarchical reports New keyword not contains filter option Documents stored within the repository may now be draggedand dropped between different folders

6 Reports (continued) New mass delete issue function from Quicklists and Column reports There is an option to allow report editors to add the sections for report definitions individually to reports (fields, filters and attributes) Report scheduler Can remove the ability to set schedules for entire roles Report owners may opt out of receiving the output from the scheduled report Scheduled reports are no longer disabled when the owner account is disabled The drilldown within an Aging report may now be viewed directly, without needing to display the top level report first

8 Administration The sent to administrators when a user s account is disabled includes additional information about the user Significant performance improvements when compiling Business Rules on a complex site Improvements to localization Translation screen now displays the source of all messages to enable the translator to locate where messages appear to users Improvements to migrating only text messages between ExtraView instances Ability to localize messages in user custom code, independently of messages in the base ExtraView code Additional selection options to choose specific categories of messages for translation Only active list values are presented for localization Context awareness of translating messages which have a single term in English
