1 PHASES and EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION This is a table containing the Feature, Phase, Function/Event and User Story for Product Pages. Each section of the page is addressed and each element within that section. The high-fidelity mock-up is included with this document numbering each element on the mock up with the description on this table so that each element can be visualized of what we are needing for the Knowledge Base redesign.
2 FEATURE PHASE FUNCTION/EVENT USER STORY NAVIGATION BAR Young Living logo on header Knowledge Base Logo Flag Icon Menu Button Profile Picture with notification Phase 2 Logo will take user to Young Living s home page also known as the Virtual Office (VO) Knowledge Base logo will take user back to the Main page of the KBase. It will be at the top of all pages except the Home page When flag icon is clicked or hovered a drop down menu will appear so user can choose which Market they would like to see pages for. They can also choose more than 1 market if needed. Menu Button will be a pop over that has the following choices: Log Out, Change Password, My Profile Circle will display picture of user, or a preset choice of picture icons. The notification is meant to notify them of an answer from feedback they may have submitted As a KBase user I often need to access the Virtual Office when talking with a member to reference different items and see what they are seeing, this link allows me to do that quickly. As an agent I often need to go back to the Home page of the KBase to search again, reference a quick link, go to a form or check the News and Update page quickly I am an agent that needs to reference different markets to assist members with questions and promotions for the month. It can be confusing if I can see all the markets. This feature will allow me to choose the market I am assisting and be assured that I am giving the correct information I need to logout but first check the feedback that I left earlier this week. The Menu button will take me to my KBase personal area so I can check the feedback and then logout When I submit feedback to the KBase team I would like to know when they have responded to my feedback, especially if I have a specific question that I am waiting for an answer on BODY of PAGE-top product portion Main picture of bottle with label This will be the default picture for all essential oil product pages: the oil bottle or product with the label overlay As a KBase user I need to be able to see the bottle of the product I am asked about. I like that that label is displayed with the bottle. When I am filling out a PCR form I often have to reference
3 Picture of label Picture of bottle Product Name SKU Number 15ml and 5ml buttons United States text PV/Wholesale/Retail/Professional PRODUCT PAGE Picture will be displayed in a small box under the main bottle/label picture. When user clicks picture it will display in a large window over the Product page, with an option close window in the upper right hand corner of the pop up box. Picture will be displayed in a small box under the main bottle/label picture. When user clicks picture it will display in a large window over the Product page with a close window option in the upper right hand corner. Product name is displayed in large, bold font in the center of the page. No links are needed SKU number is directly underneath the Product name in the same large, bold font as the Product name. No links are needed Buttons are displayed to the right of the SKU number. The buttons allow the user to toggle back and forth between the information for the 5ml and 15ml pricing information only. The information at the bottom of the page will stay the same regardless of the size. Some of the products do not have a 15 ml and for some the 5ml size is the Vitality line. For these products the button will not be displayed This text is critical to what Market the product can be sold in. Some of the products cannot be sold in some countries and some countries can purchase products, but only for personal use-these are labeled NFR. This information will be displayed according to the pricing of each product. The default display will be the 15ml if the product has a 5ml as well. When the button is clicked to display the 5ml information, this information will change to reflect the 5ml. where the label is for the member to locate the Lot number. For those members that have more questions about the products, or some that have difficulty reading the label this allows me to easily have access to the entire label and give that information to the member I like the option to just see the bottle without the label. Occasionally when bottles are not sealed or something else is wrong I need to be able to reference the bottle for the member and to fill out the form for a return The name big on the page makes it easy for me to see what oil information I am looking at, especially when I have several pages open I reference this number a lot when members are placing an order, especially when I can t find the product in our ordering program. I like that it is big, bold and under the product name When giving information to members about oils often they want a certain size, or the 15ml is a little too much for them and they want the 5ml. I like that I can find that information quickly and the button takes the confusion away of what size I am looking at If I am helping out different members and one is in Canada and one in the US, I want to make sure I am giving the correct information and pricing. It is nice to see this below the product as well as on the navigation bar As a KBase user and helping members this information is referenced all the time. I like that it is clearly visible and easy to read
4 Information at a Glance Section Vitality Button Blends Button Product Page PRODUCT PAGE This information is displayed for each product and is meant to give user quick information for each product that is asked frequently by members. No action will be associated with this section This button will link to the Vitality page for the product. The Vitality page is a separate page for those oils that have a Vitality line. On the Vitality page there will be the same button that will link to the Essential Oil page. Blend Button will open a modal or a pop up with a list of information of all the oil blends that contain the particular oil the user is looking at. The pop up will be a type of small version of the product page. *See the Blend description section for more detailed information, which will be on a different table. The function of this button is to open in a new window the PDF of the Product information Page (PIP). Those products that do not have a PIP, the button will be greyed out. These questions are asked all the time from members wanting to know how to use the product, or what is in it. When I am asked about Blends the member almost always wants to know what oils are in the blend. It is nice to not have to navigate somewhere else to get this information This button will be good as a user for a couple reasons. Members often ask for the 5ml when they don t want the 15ml. A lot of the oils do not have a regular 5ml, but a Vitality which is a 5ml but labeled for internal use. Other members want to know the different uses of the regular oil and the Vitality. It will make it faster and convenient to have access to both with a button to change back and forth rather than search and bring up another page. It is inevitable that a member will ask about blends that have a certain oil in them. The list is currently not obvious and I need to link to each blend when they ask questions. The amount of information available from the Blend pop out will make things so much easier for me as an agent. Product Support will also benefit greatly from this button as they have questions all the time related to blends and products. Linking and opening several windows to access each product will help me out as a user. The Product page has a lot of information at a glance: the most FAQ that are asked, complementary products, ingredients, directions etc. The Product pages are quick and easy to give information from BODY OF PAGE-BOTTOM INFORMATION PORTION This section is bringing together what is currently 3 separate pages of information. We want to make it easier for agents to find the information they need about the products and not navigate to different places to find the information.
5 Description Cautions and Warnings Advanced Information Complementary Products. FAQ s **Please also see the FAQ Prototype page to view the accordion expanded. PRODUCT PAGE Each product has a brief description of uses, benefits and occasionally links to other products or items that contain the oil. This will not have a lot of information, but needs to be separated into its own tab for ease of reference This section will have information such as: shipping restrictions, and replacement SKU number-if applicable. All of the oils have complementary products that they blend well with, or if an item is out of stock a recommended alternative. A hyperlink with the product name would be all that is needed. Preferably the product clicked on would open in a new window. This section will be an accordion within an accordion. We are doing this to allow the user to see all of the FAQ s at once. When a question is clicked, the answer will accordion down, but the other questions will still be seen. It is also important that if 2 questions need to be seen at the same time, both the questions can be clicked on and the answers accordion down at the same time. *This section will also have an Expand and Collapse All option, for those users that would like to see all the questions and answers at once. Using the KBase currently to find the information for each product can be long on the call to find the information and navigate back and forth. This section will simplify, and condense the information I am looking for when helping a member. It will make it faster to navigate and find the information and I can link to other information if needed from this page. When I use the FAQ page I often need to be able to see more than one question at a time. I would like to be able to see all the questions and not click Back to Top to see the questions and navigate to the next one. It would be ideal to see more than one question at a time and simplify the navigation. ELEMENTS on PAGE Feedback Feedback pop out to allow users to leave feedback on the pages easily and visibly have the option to do so on each page Sometimes I find an error on a page in the KBase or a suggestion that I think would help. I often forget to leave feedback as it is at the bottom of the page currently and I need to type out my entire answer. It would be nice to have the feedback visible and more of a form to check with little text to fill out when needed.
6 Back to Top Scroll Bar. PRODUCT PAGE Back to Top link is needed on each page. When clicked the page will navigate to the top of the page they are on This scroll bar will be on the bottom half of the Product pages and have function to scroll down the tabbed areas if the information needs more space to be visible, such as the FAQ page. We don t want to have the scroll bar just inside the tabbed area. When I am helping a member and reading the Advanced Information page, or FAQ s it is nice to have a link to navigate me to the top of the page where I have access to the home page, and can see the critical product information With users of all ages and countries, we want to make the navigation as simple as possible and not clutter up the tabbed area more than necessary. We felt it best to keep the scroll bar outside the box and on the main page. FOOTER Navigation Icons. Motivosity Paycom Young Living Snapcomms YL Hub During the links in the Navigation do not need to be market specific, but links that are used daily by each agent. If I forget to login for lunch and I am already at my desk I have to access Paycom to login. Having a link to the site from the KBase would be awesome! Then I don t have to type the URL in and open a window. I also like to use Motivoisity, but have forgot to thank people for the last few months. Having this on the page, I am more likely to link to the site and leave someone a needed thank you.
7 BLEND POP OUT from the Product Page EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION This is a table containing the Feature, Phase, Function/Event and User Story for the Blend Pop out on from the Product Page. The high- fidelity mock-up is included with this document numbering each element on the page.
8 FEATURE PHASE FUNCTION/EVENT USER STORY POP OUT/MODAL for the BLEND BUTTON on the PRODUCT PAGES Heading that labels what product the pop-out is for Close icon or button Image of Product bottle Product Information Ingredients and Uses. The heading will be informational only and let the user know what blends are shown for the product s page they were on when they clicked the blend button Button or icon will close the pop-out and take user back to the page they were viewing An image of each product blend that has the oil/product included will be pictured. The image will also function as a link to the product page for the image that is shown and open it in a new window This section will contain the name of the product, SKU, market it is in, PV, and pricing information. It will be just like the information that is on the Product Main page. But without the 5ml and 15ml buttons. This section would function as a link to the product the image is for, product information would open in a new window This section will have the ingredients in the blend that is pictured, it will also include the uses of that particular product. This section does not need to function as a link to the image that it is giving the information for As a user of the KBase I always get questions about what blends have the single oil that the member is asking about. I don t want to have to scroll down and find the blends then link to a lot of different pages to answer the questions of what the price is, what it includes etc. It would be ideal to have this information at a glance and if member has more detailed questions the link will open a new window the information for the new product that they want to know about I need a visual que to close this window if I don t want to link to another page and go back to the page I was viewing I want to view the product I am talking about and explain the package if necessary to the member. I also want a visual way to link to the product the member is asking about if necessary When we are telling members about a new product they are not familiar with, or if they are interested in ordering it, they will always ask what the price and PV are. I want to know this at a glance and quickly. Then if they choose to order the product I have the SKU number to put into the ordering window Some members cannot take certain oils and need to know if it is included in the blend, or they want to make sure a certain oil is in the blend. This is necessary information to have for the member as well. Sometimes the blend will have more uses than just the single oil, members will also ask about this information as well. Having all this information in a window that I can answer questions quickly and easily will allow me to help members quickly and easily.
9 FAQ ACCORDION from the Product Page EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION This is a table containing the Feature, Phase, Function/Event and User Story for the FAQ Accordion from the Product Page in the tabbed section with all of the information about the product. The high-fidelity mock-up is included with this document with the accordion expanded on a question. It numbers each element that is not already described in the Product Page.
10 FEATURE PHASE FUNCTION/EVENT USER STORY FAQ Accordion on PRODUCT PAGES Heading on tabbed menu labeling the FAQ tab Heading on the FAQ section Expand/Collapse All Icon and Question Arrow to indicate collapse or expand Answer section Each choice on the Tabbed Menu will open the section and highlight the heading indicating that is the active heading When the FAQ tab is clicked. The heading to name the section the user is on will appear at the top left corner The user will have the option to expand all the FAQ questions at once, or collapse them all. The Collapse All choice will close however many tabs have been opened Each question will be displayed with an icon next to the question so the user can more easily distinguish each line. Clicking on the Question or the Icon will open or collapse the answer/question Arrows will be on the right side of each question indicating whether the question is opened or not. Clicking on the arrow will either collapse or expand the question/answer This section will be a lighter color that the Questions. The Answer will indent in from the question and have a big, bold A. in front of the question. Clicking on the Answer section will not collapse the section, user must click the question, or the arrow to the right to collapse the Answer I love the idea of having all the product information in one place. The FAQ page is currently 1 page and I have to navigate back to top often to see all the questions to help the member. I am excited to see all the questions at once, often members have more than one question and I need to refer back to the question if they ask again. I like to make sure which section I am on, having this as a heading helps me to be sure I am on the right page I like that I can expand all the questions or answers if it is needed so I don t have to click each question to expand the answer. This will all quicker navigation and help members a little easier I want to easily be able to tell what is a question and what is an answer. I like the icon to quickly visually see that I am looking at the questions As a user when I am on an accordion I need to tell whether the section is expanded or collapsed. I also like that I have more than one option to close the question or answer Currently on the KBase when I click a question the page scrolls down to the answer, then I need to scroll or click back to top to navigate back to the questions. I like that I will be able to see the answers and questions at the same time, and keep more than one answer open at a time
11 DIFFUSER PAGES from the Product Page EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION This is a table containing the Feature, Phase, Function/Event and User Story for the Diffuser Pages as part of the Product Page design. The high fidelity mock up is included with this document with the different elements that will be on the page for a diffuser. It will have slightly different features than the Product Pages. It numbers each element that is not already described in the Product Page.
12 FEATURE PHASE FUNCTION/EVENT USER STORY DIFFUSER PAGES as part of PRODUCT PAGES Main Image of Diffuser Box/Packaging for Diffuser Thumbnail of Diffuser with 360 logo Thumbnail of YouTube video Troubleshoot button Resources button This is the main image of a diffuser, it will not have a function. This is a small thumbnail of the box for the diffuser. It has information on the outside of the box that is helpful for agents to see at a glance. When clicked the image will be a pop-out big over the diffuser page. The pop-out will need to be able to zoom in and out and a close icon at the upper right hand corner. When this image is clicked a pop out or new window will open and the agent will be able to see a 360 degree rotating image of the diffuser from the outside, and inside This is a thumbnail of the Young Living YouTube video for the diffuser and how to fill, clean and take care of it. It can open in a pop-out or on a new tab This button will open a decision tree in the KBase that helps agents troubleshoot through a problem with a diffuser. It will need to open the decision tree in a new window The Resources button will open a pop out that will have a link to all the resources Young Living has for diffusers: link to the Virtual Office, Manuel, or Product Flyer. The link that the agent clicks on will open in a new window I like being able to see the diffuser that I have searched displayed clearly and large The box is sometimes referenced by members, I like that I can also view the box and the information on it. I also need to be able to view the tiny print on the box, I am glad that I will have the zoom feature to read all the information. When troubleshooting diffusers it is helpful to be able to have used the diffuser, but if I haven t used it be able to see each element on the diffuser and talk the member through troubleshooting a problem, cleaning, or starting it for the first time. Sometimes the member has watched the video of the diffusers that Young Living has. As an agent I am not able to access those videos due to the limited internet access that is given to agents. This will allow me to watch and educate myself and the members about the diffusers, especially the ones I have not yet had a chance to see Most of the questions about diffusers involve troubleshooting through a problem the member is having. I have to determine whether or not the diffuser can be fixed with cleaning, the member has connected it wrong or if there is a defect determine whether it is under warranty and the member needs to send it back. I really like that I can link to this information and not have to search for it in the KBase when the question comes up. I would like to have access to any and all information that is available for diffusers. Sometimes a member will ask a question from a specific place they have found information, or I would like to link to the Virtual Office
13 Product Page button Information at a glance Tabbed Menu PRODUCT PAGE The function of this button is to open in a new window the PDF of the Product information Page (PIP). Those products that do not have a PIP, the button will be greyed out. This information is displayed for each diffuser and is meant to give user quick information that is asked frequently by members. No action will be associated with this section This menu fill function just like the Product Page menu. When an item is chosen the tab will change a color indicating that is the tab chosen. There are different Menu items for the diffuser than the Product Pages. *FAQ tab will work the same as the Product Page *Replacement Policy and Parts will include part SKU numbers for the diffuser. And step by step how to return the diffuser to the warehouse right away to the page so I can see what the member is seeing and walk them through ordering, or whatever other question they have. 14 VITALITY PRODUCT PAGES EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION This is a table containing the Feature, Phase, Function/Event and User Story for the Vitality Product Pages. The high fidelity mock up is included with this document numbering each element on the page. ***This page will function just like the Product pages with 2 exceptions. I have included the exceptions and why they are that way in the table below.
15 FEATURE PHASE FUNCTION/EVENT USER STORY VITALITY PRODUCT PAGE 5ml size of product Blend Button The Vitality line is only 5ml sizes of bottles. So, there will not be the 15/5ml buttons like the product pages. Only the 5ml information will be displayed. The Vitality line is not included in any of the blends, this button will be either greyed out for the Vitality pages or can be taken out. NONE NONE
