1 I. Check In a Visitor To launch the Visitor Kiosk, navigate to Services for Workforce Staff à Manage Visitors à Visitor Kiosk. The Visitor Kiosk Setup will be the next screen you see. Now select your office location. Once the office location is selected, click Set Office & Options.

2 The Welcome Screen of the AJCC Visitor Kiosk appears, and is now ready for a visitor to enter their information. After the visitor has entered their Last Name and Last 4 of their SSN, they can select the reason for their visit and then click Check-In. The visitor will see the Thank You screen.

3 II. Managing Office Check-Ins List The Office Check-Ins List will show a list of all individuals awaiting assistance in your office s lobby or other AJCC area. This list functions the same as the Pending Visitor Check-Ins list, which we previously discussed. There are filters for this list, as it could be lengthy when the office is busy. To view the Office Check-Ins List, navigate to Services for Workforce Staff à Manage Visitors à Office Check-Ins list. Select the Office Location from the drop-down menu and the Office Check-Ins List will populate at the bottom of the page. Now click on the blue i bubble in the Check-In Time column beside the visitor you wish to update.

4 A pop-up window will appear, showing the visitor s Visit Reason(s) they selected when they checked in. Once a visitor s triage status has changed, you will update it in the system by selecting the plus sign in the Action column beside the visitor s name. A drop-down menu will appear. Make the appropriate selection and the visitor will be removed from the Office Check-In list.

5 III. Manually Checking in a Visitor In some instances (i.e. all Check-In kiosks are in use, Check-In kiosks are having technical difficulties, etc.), you may need to manually check in a visitor. Manual Check-In can be accessed the same way as accessing the Check-In List. Under Services for Workforce Staff à Manage Visitors à Visitor Kiosk. The difference between this welcome screen and the public welcome screen on the Visitor Kiosk, is that the visit reasons that appear on this check in screen include those that are set up for staff use only. Your Area might not utilize staff use only visit reasons, but if they do, you can find them here. The Visitor Kiosk Setup will be the next screen you see. Now select your office location. Then select Manually Check-in a Visitor.

6 A pop-up window will appear with the Welcome Screen for the designated career center. Enter the visitor s Last Name and Last 4 of SSN. You will then go through the regular VOSGreeter check-in process (for different scenarios see the User Assistance Guide) and ask the visitor for their Visit Reasons, etc. You will then select Check-In. When manually checking in a visitor, there is no Thank You screen once the check-in is complete. Instead, there is a Manual check-in completed screen. However, the customer s name will appear in the Check-In list.

7 Another major difference when manually checking in a visitor is that the visitor you have manually checked in will not appear in the Check-Ins List.
