2 24/7 access to electronic paystubs and W-2 s are now available online! You can print from work, home, or anywhere you have computer access. For proof of income, verifications, or any other need. Paper stubs will be printed through 09/01/17 only. W-2 s will continue to be printed.

3 GO to Springfield City Schools Webpage locate the Staff tab Choose Staff Resources Clicking the icon will take you to the KIOSK home page.

4 At the KIOSK home page you will be able to: Login Reset your password if ever forgotten

5 this is your district for permanent employees Example: Permanent employees will use the district address provided to them. *Seasonal employees such as tutors, substitutes, coaches etc. will use the personal address provided at the time of hire.

6 Once your information has been entered into Kiosk it will send out an containing a temporary password to your district from moodyl@scsdoh.org. *please also look in your junk mail for this if you do not see it That temporary password is only good for the 1 st time you sign in.

7 It is required that you COPY the temporary password from the so you can paste it into the login. The login for the kiosk is case sensitive. Contact your kiosk administrator (Lindsay Moody) if you have difficulties logging in. Click on the link in the to get to the login page to be able to log in with that password. You will be required to change your password at your first longin.

8 Logging IN Enter your address paste (ctrl V) your temporary password. Click Login. This will open another screen to change your temporary password. Please note the web browser must be an updated version

9 The very next screen will prompt to enter a new password: PASTE the temporary password again but this time in the Old/Temporary Password box. Enter your new password. This will be your permanent password for KIOSK. *The new password is case sensitive & must be at least 8 (eight) characters in length. Must use the Login button to continue *****Please make note of what you have chosen as your new password on this screen. That is what you will use the next time you log in from the Kiosk home page.

10 Complete instruction manuals are available by clicking on Employee Kiosk Documentation Then clicking Documentation tab. Then the 8 th title of Kiosk Staff Manual. Clicking on STAFF MANUAL once again will then bring up a PDF of the document to view or save. Request changes to profile information here Click on Announcement board to see district wide messages 10

11 This page will give you the details of your position. For example: hours per day, contract amount, pay per period, and start date.

12 You may view your leave balances through KIOSK. The leave balance will reflect postings as of last payroll You can view leave detail then filter and sort the information.

13 There are 2 ways to view pay slips View USPS Payslip View/Print Pay Slip (PDF)

14 To use View USPS Payslip must enter date selection load Pay slips Click VIEW This view of the pay slip will populate directly under the Payslip Summary list. **Please keep in mind with this view that this is a summary of your pay This pay slip will not include Year to date totals USPS Payslip can either be printed or list can be exported to a CSV file

15 To use selection you must have 2 things: Adobe Reader Pop-up blocker should be off This selection will allow you to VIEW, PRINT or SAVE the pay slip in PDF format It also includes YTD total as of the pay date (This will be available for pays 02/15/13 or later) 15

16 You can view and/or print your W2 from the Kiosk. Click on View/Print W2s The W2 s able to be viewed on this system date back to

17 Click on the Other Links Tab across the top of the window to see quick links to other websites. Add your own personal links if you want a quick way to navigate away from the kiosk Personal Links are added to the tool bar at the top of the page for easy access Click on the Employee Kiosk tab to return to the kiosk 17
