Details. Start off by verifying your IIS Form page is operational. The following form page was used for testing this article. The DIGIPASS Authentication for OWA Forms module can be found in the IAS installation media or as a separate download from the VASCO Customer Portal located at Once you have logged in with your Contract ID and Serial Number you will find the IAS installation media under the Downloads section. You will see a 64 or 32 bit version. Select the proper version for your environment. Run the dp-auth-for-owa-forms msi to install the software. Page 2 of 10

Configure server record: Select the Add button and then enter the connection details for your IAS. Connection from IP address: This specifies what network adapter the request will be sent from.

Display Name: Label for this record in the configuration GUI Location: IP address of the IDENTIKEY Authentication Server SEAL Port: for NON SSL and for SSL Server Type: Choices are Primary or Backup Click the Test button to verify the connection details are correct. Repeat the process if you have multiple IDENTIKEY Authentication Server. Configure authentication criteria Select the Add button to create a new website entry and fill in the following values. Site Name: A label for this entry in the Configuration GUI URL path: The URL path of your IIS forms page. Username: In the sample forms page shown above, UserID is used. You can set this to the value you have used in your forms page. Password: In the sample forms page shown above, Password is used. You can set this to the value you have used in your forms page.
