Creation date: 19/03/2010 Last Review: 08/06/2010 Revision number: 3 Document type: How To Security status: EXTERNAL Summary This procedure describes how to retrieve a license and create components on the axsguard Identifier so that an Outlook Web Access (OWA) or Citrix webfilter can be installed and configured. Details Before starting the axsguard Identifier has to be installed. 1 Retrieve a client component license A filter client license is required to install an Identifier filter. Two types of this license are available: Commercial license Evaluation license, valid for 30 days Both types of licenses can be downloaded using the following url: Log in with your credentials (Maintenance reference and Serial Number) to retrieve a Commercial license or click on Click here for an evaluation license for an evaluation license. 2 1.1 Commercial license The commercial license is available when the filter option has been bought for your Identifier. The following steps will allow you to download the license: 1. Login using the maintenance reference and serial number provided by your supplier. 2. Select 'Register and additional component' 3. Fill in the requested information; Make sure to select the correct component. Note: The IP address is the location of the filter installation 4. Click on Create license Page 2 of 5

3 1.2 Evaluation license The evaluation license can be acquired using the 'Click here for an evaluation license' button and selecting the 'IDENTIKEY Server 3.1 registration' option. A wizard is provided, guiding you through the process. Make sure you select the correct filter component as shown in the image below. 4 2 Create Administration program client component in Identifier Web Administration tool 1. Log on to the Web administrator tool 2. Create a new client component as shown in the image below 3. Enter details for the client component as in the example below. - Be sure to select Client type = Administration Program - Location = the IP address of the server on which the filter is installed. 4. The IP address of the authentication server is the IP address of your Identifier 2. Keep the default setting in the port field 3. Select the 'ODBC-compliant or embedded database' option 4. Select the option to create the component record automatically and enter user credentials of an administrative user (default settings : user 'admin@master' with password 'identikey') 5.
