If not, please follow these steps: 1) Click Meeting in top left on the menu bar 2) Click Audio Setup Wizard 3) Follow the steps provided to test your audio connection (NOTE: You will NOT need a working microphone, you will only need to ensure that you can HEAR SOUND) If after running the test, you are still unable to hear the music track, please type a message in the Tech Support chat box to the left of the presentation screen.
