1 Revision 1.0 Introduction This matrix represents the combinations of platforms, operating systems, and third party products that have been tested and verified by PTC. These recommended product combinations are based on compatibility, testing, performance, and reliability. Other software combinations not shown here might perform properly, but are not qualified through PTC s testing and validation process. Products identified as bundled are included with Servigistics InService. Products that are not bundled are either a separately priced optional add-on or products that you would acquire from a company other than PTC PTC Inc.

2 Page 2 of 8 Production Server Systems Support The Production server system is deployed with two main server pieces: Publishing Engine server and Viewer server. Both servers have similar platform support specifications. Operating System The following platforms are supported for Servigistics InService 7.1: Windows Server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.7 and 7.0 PTC Product Support Servigistics InService 7.1 works in conjunction with several other PTC products. The following products are supported: Arbortext Publishing Engine (1) Windchill Service Information Manager (1) Windchill Service Parts (1) Servigistics InService Task Manager (3) Servigistics InService Deployment Configurator Utility (3) PTC License Server (2) 1. The client and server are located on the same laptop.
