4 1. Overview This guide provides an overview of the GAA Competition Management System. This section of the document provides a high level overview of the system. Sections 2-4 provide a breakdown of the functionality available within the system. 1.1 Audience This guide is intended for use by the GAA Competition Administrators use the Servasport GAA Competition Management System. 1.2 Data Protection Each club has a duty to ensure that the data stored on this system is used for GAA purposes only. Those in the club with full access to the system must under NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER give their username and password out to other persons. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER should a club pass on any of the information stored on the system to any third party, no matter what the reason for their requiring it. To do so would be a breach of the Data Protection Act. This includes companies who wish to contact members about special offers etc. Each club must also ensure that any mobile phone numbers stored on this system are used solely for the purpose of the club sending text messages about club\fixture activity. Members are entitled to request that their number be excluded from receiving messages about fundraiser etc. if they so wish. Each club and member can be assured that the national database developed will be used for GAA purposes only. The Association will not be using this information for any other reason other than developing statistics on our player numbers and communicating with members. 1.3 Support Please see below the support and phone details for users of the GAA Management System. Queries relating to usernames and passwords to enable logon to the system should be directed to the and/or phone numbers below. 5 1.4 Document Conventions The following table describes the formatting conventions used in this document. Bold NOTE Used to indicate the name of a button, link or control. Indicates a note. 5

System Overview The GAA Management System can be accessed from the following web address: System Roles The following roles can be assigned to users of the GAA Management System: Role Competition Administrator Club Administrator Description This user has the ability to manage all aspects of Competitions within the County\Province in question. In addition to the ability to manage all aspects of Competitions, this user has the ability to perform all functions and access all data relating to the County\Province in question. Table 1 User Roles Table 2.2 Login Perform Login To log into the system perform the following steps: 1. Enter the username in the Username textbox. Your Username is your seven digit GAA Membership number. 2. Enter the password in the Password textbox. Passwords are case sensitive. 3. Select the Remember me on this computer checkbox if you want to store your login credentials within the Internet Browser on the computer in question. NOTE You should NEVER select this option when accessing the system from a public computer. 4. Click the Sign in button. Figure 1 - Log in Page 6

7 2.2.2 Invalid Login An Invalid Login message will be displayed in the following circumstances: The Username in question has not been granted login privileges to the system. The Username in question has had their login privileges revoked by a System or Club Administrator. In both instances please contact the Servasport Support team to request login privileges for the system. NOTE Login credentials will only be supplied by the Servasport support team to an official GAA address (e.g. A club secretary address which takes the format secretary.<club_name>.<county>@gaa.ie) Password Reset Users may be required to reset their passwords from time to time, in order to help maintain system security. In such instances they will be required to specify the following information: Current Password New Password o The new password must be entered twice for validation purposes. o The new password value must contain alphanumeric characters, be at least eight characters in length and contain at least one digit. o The new password must differ from previous passwords. Contact Name Contact Address Contact Number Please contact the Servasport Support team if there are any issues performing the password reset Forgot your password If a user has forgotten their password or is no longer able to gain access to the system, they may contact Servasport Support (See section 1.3) to request a new password. Click Forgot your Password? on the log in screen to complete a password reset form which is sent to Servasport Support. Figure 2 - Password Reset Form 7

8 NOTE Login credentials will only be supplied by the Servasport support team to an official GAA address (e.g. A club secretary address which takes the format secretary.<club_name>.<county>@gaa.ie). The password issued by the Servasport Support team is effectively a temporary password. The end user will be asked to reset their password to a new value the first time they attempt to use this password. See section above for details on resetting a password. 8

9 3. Welcome Section Once logged in you will be directed to the Welcome Page. This page contains 3 main areas. News o This section is used by the GAA and\or Servasport to post News stories to Clubs and Counties relating to the system (e.g. To notify Members of changes to the Support times). Information o This section is used by the GAA and\or Servasport to post permanent information updates (e.g. Guidance on Child Protection). Alerts o This section displays a range of system notifications. Alerts may indicate that there is an action outstanding or pending on the part of the Club Admin user(s). Alert may also be provided for informational purposes only. Figure 3 Welcome Screen 9

Competitions Section The following section provides the Competition Administrator and Club Administrator users with the ability to perform the following actions: Create and edit Competitions Clone Competitions Create and edit Fixtures Edit Results View Competition Tables View Fixture Calendar Create Matrix Templates View pre-defined System Matrix Templates Generate Competition Reports Create and edit Venue Pools Create and edit Match Official Pools Archive and un-archive Competitions Create Managed (Criss-Cross) Leagues Figure 4 - Competitions Dashboard View Competitions This page provides users with the ability to view and edit the full list of active Competitions on the system for the County\Province in question. The Records Per Page drop down control can be updated to adjust the number of Competitions listed within the Competitions table. The following details are displayed for each Competition: Rank 10

11 Group ID Competition (Name) Competition ID Division (Name) Type o League o Cup Grade Season Fixtures (Count) By default the Competitions are ordered based on: Rank Competition Group Name Competition Name The list of Competitions displayed in the Table can be filtered based on the Owner of the Competition. For example, the table can be filtered to display only competitions from a specific Competition Administrator. The contents of the Competitions Table can be sorted by clicking on the column headings. For example, to sort the Competitions by Name, click on the Competition (Name) heading. The contents of the Competitions Table can be exported to PDF, Word or Excel format. Figure 5 Competition Table Add a New Competition To create a new Competition carry out the following steps: 1. Navigate to the Competitions page. 2. Click the Add button. 11

Specify values for each of the following properties: Competition Name Competition Administrator (Defaults to the name of the current user). Sponsor Sponsor Name Position Rank (Modifying the Rank will change the ordering of competitions in the system. A competition with rank 1 is more important than a competition with rank 10). Season Competition Format o League o Knockout o League\Knockout Competition Type*(See Below) Competition Grade Competition Discipline o Football o Hurling Age Level Gender Referee Pool Venue Pool *Depending on what you select for Competition Type will filter what you can select for Competition Grade and Age Level. 12

13 Example: If you always want your senior fixtures to appear first when making calls to the Fixtures and Results XML feed, then set a rank of 1 on all senior fixtures. The Competitions in question will then always be ranked or displayed first on your website. Figure 7 - Step 2 Competition Details 2. Under Fixture Options specify the Match Official details that will apply to fixtures in this Competition. Check the box of each Match official type that applies. Select who to send the Fixture Results to (Hover over the? for more information) Referees Team Contacts Set Referees Set standby Referees Set Linesmen Set Sideline Officials Set Assessors Set Fixture Publish Date (This will determine when fixtures are published in the XML Feed). Click Next Step 3 League, Knockout, League/Knockout Format Setup NOTE Step 3 will vary depending on the Competition Format you selected in Step 2. League Format 1. Specify values for each of the following properties: Number of Divisions (1-10) Number of Legs (1-2) Hide For, Against, Points Diff 2. Specify values for each of the following League Table Options: Points for a Win 13

14 Points for a draw Points for a loss Points for a walkover 3. Specify the preferences for ordering the League Tables: Total Points Head to Head Score Diff These options will be used to determine the ordering of the League Table placings in the event of a tie. 4. Click the Next button. Figure 8 - Step 3 for League Competition Format Knockout Format Select the number of Knockout Divisions in the Competition. Click Next. 14

15 Figure 9 - Step 3 Knockout Competition Format League/Knockout Format This Competition Format is a combination of both League and Knockout Competitions combined. Provide information for League and Knockout competitions described above. Click Next. Figure 10 - Step 3 League/Knockout Competition Format Step 4 Allocate Teams & Select Fixture Creation Options Using the Filter options above the Division tables, select the Teams that will take part in the Competition. Example 1 To select Counties in Ulster specify the following filter properties: Club Type = County 15

16 Province = Ulster County= All Counties Example 2 To select Club teams in Co.Meath specify the following filter properties: Club Type = Club Province = Leinster County= Meath/An Mhí 1. Select the checkboxes of the teams in the left hand table that you wish to enter in the Competition. 2. Click the Add button to move the selected Teams to the right hand table. 3. OR Drag and drop the selected Teams to the right hand table. 4. Choose the preferred option for generating Fixtures. 5. Click Next to continue. Figure 11 - Allocate Teams After allocating teams to the competition you must then specify your preferred fixture creation option. There are a number of ways to create fixtures depending on the Competition Format you selected (League, Knockout, League/Knockout) 1. Manually create fixtures 2. Use a Matrix to create fixtures 3. Randomly Generate Fixtures (League Competition Only) For League Competitions you can - Create League fixtures using a Matrix Manually create League fixtures 16

18 Figure 14 - League/Knockout Fixture Creation Option Once you have selected your preferred fixture creation option, click Next to continue. Step 5 - Create Fixtures Before creating fixtures you must first detail some properties relating to the Competition Format. For each Competition Format you will need to specify the following: 1. Division Name 2. Division Abbreviation 3. SMS Details: Confirm Officials availability via SMS Score Updateable via SMS Fixture Reminder SMS Administrator Alerts (Unavailability) Administrator Alerts (No Reply) Administrator Score Request Allow Postponing by SMS o Referee must text PP to postpone a fixture Allow Abandoning by SMS o Referee must text AB to abandon a fixture Allow Walkovers by SMS o Referee must text H WO A CC or H CC A WO to call a walkover for a fixture. 18

19 SMS Walkovers require confirmation o NOTE: if this is set and the referee texts back awarding a game as a Walkover, it will appear in the results section of the system as awaiting confirmation. To confirm the user can either edit and save the result or tick the box beside it and click Confirm Walkover. Show Home Team instead of Venue in SMS. Depending on the fixture creation option selected in Step 4, you will then have the ability to generate fixtures using one of the following options: To Manually Create Fixtures 1. Provide a Name for the Division you are creating Fixtures for and an appropriate Divisions Abbreviation. 2. Complete the SMS Details Sections for SMS activity regarding your Competition. 3. Provide information for the fixture - o Enter the Round of the Competition o Select a Home Team from the list o Select an Away Team from the list o Select a Venue o Select a Referee o Choose a Date and Time (if known). 4. To add another fixture for the Division click 'Add Another', each division will be added to the table below. 5. When you have manually created all the fixtures for this division click Next. 6. If you have more than one Division in your Competition, do the same for each Division. 7. Click Next (See 8. Step 6 Allocate Referees below for Final Step). 19

20 Figure 15 - Manually Create Fixtures To Use a Matrix to Create Fixtures 1. Provide a Name and Abbreviation for the Division. 2. Complete the SMS Details Section for the SMS activity regarding your Competition 3. From the Matrix table select - o The number of clubs to be included in the Division. o 'Keep existing fixtures' will be relevant if you have made changes to the matrix details and are 'Re-generating' the fixtures. o If you would like to 'Use Neutral Venues'. o Select each team from the drop down list. o Choose a date and time for each fixture (if known). o Click 'Generate'. 4. A Table will appear below with the fixtures for this division. 5. Click 'Next' (see 8. Step 6 Allocate Referees below for Final Step) 20

21 Figure 16 - Use Matrix to create fixtures To Randomly Generate Fixtures 1. Provide a Name and Abbreviation for the Division. 2. Complete the SMS Details Section for the SMS activity regarding this division (can be seen in Figure 3 below). 3. Provide information for the following - o Allow Extra Time o Add Dates (Click 'Yes' to enter times and dates for the fixtures, click 'No' to leave o fixutres as TBC) If you have selected Yes, choose a Competition Start Date, select days and times you would like the fixtures to be on. 4. Click Generate to create a table of randomly generated fixtures. 5. Click 'Next' (see 8. Step 6 Allocate Referees for Final Step) 21

22 Figure 17 - Randomly Generate Fixtures Step 6 - Allocate Referees a. Select Referees for each of the Fixtures created in the previous step, if required. NOTE This is an optional step. Match officials may be assigned to the fixture at a later stage. b. Click the Save button associated with each fixture that has been updated. c. Once a Referee has been assigned to a fixture it will be removed from the table. d. Click the Finish button. 9. The Competition has now been successfully created. 10. The user will be directed back to the View Competitions page where they may view the high level properties of the competition. NOTE The set of steps presented above is a basic example and may not be representative of the actual number of steps involved in the creation of a real-world competition. The number of steps involved will vary depending on the type of competition (i.e. League, Knockout or both) and the complexity involved (i.e. Number of teams, number of division, number of legs, etc). 22

23 Figure 18 - Allocate Referees (Final Step) Clone an Existing Competition To clone an existing Competition perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the Competitions page. 2. Click the Add button. Step 1 Initial Options 3. Select the Create an Existing Competition option. 4. Specify the season in which the Competition you wish to clone took place. (e.g. 2009). 5. Select the competition from the drop down list provided that you wish to clone. 6. Click the Next button. Figure 19 - Clone an Existing Competition Step 2 Competition Details 7. The properties of the cloned competition will be populated within the Step 2 screen. 8. Adjust the properties as or if required. 9. Click the Next button. 10. Proceed through the remaining steps in the Wizard to complete the creation of the Competition SMS Fixture Options 23

24 When utilising the Wizard to create a Competition there are several options available for how the built in SMS functionality can be utilised: Confirm Officials availability via SMS (This option will vary depending on who you selected to Send Results SMS to Referees or Team Contacts in Step 2) When this option is selected either the Match Officials will receive an SMS requesting that they confirm their availability for the fixture to which they have been assigned or Team Contacts will receive a notification for the Fixture. Once this option is selected, the Competition Administrator can specify the number of days prior to the fixture when the availability SMS should be sent. Score Updateable via SMS When this option is selected Match Officials will receive an SMS request following the fixture to ask them to text back the score. The result of the fixture will be automatically updated once the SMS response if received from the Official. Fixture Reminder SMS When this option is selected Match Officials will receive an SMS reminder two hours before the fixture to which they are assigned is due to start. Administrator Alerts (Unavailability) When this option is selected the Competition Administrator\Owner will receive an SMS alert if the Match Official has responded to an availability request to say that they are unavailable. Administrator Alerts (No Reply) When this option is selected the Competition Administrator\Owner will receive an SMS alert if the Match Official fails to respond to an availability request two days after it is sent. Administrator Score Request When this option is selected the Competition Administrator\Owner will receive an SMS alert, asking them to provide a result for a fixture, if the Match Official assigned to fixture has failed to provide a result two hours after they are sent an SMS requesting the score. Send Availability Request how many days before fixture? You can enter a specific number of days in the text box. Allow Postponing bysms These options are explained Allow Abandoning by SMS in more detail on page 17 Allow Walkovers by SMS o SMS Requires Confirmation 24

25 Show Home Team instead of Venue in SMS Archive a Competition To Archive one or more Competitions perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the Competitions page. 2. Click the checkboxes associated with each of the Competitions you wish to delete. 3. Click the Archive button. 4. The specified Competition(s) will be archived. 5. The Competitions Table will be refreshed and the archived Competitions(s) will be removed. 6. The archived Competitions may now be viewed from within Archive section. See section 4.10 for more details on Archived Competitions Delete a Competition To delete one or more Competitions perform the following steps: 7. Navigate to the Competitions page. 8. Click the checkboxes associated with each of the Competitions you wish to delete. 9. Click the Delete button. 10. Click Yes on the pop-up to confirm that you wish to delete the selected Competition(s). 11. The specified Competition(s) will be marked as deleted. 12. The Competitions Table will be refreshed and the deleted Competitions(s) will be removed. NOTE This action is non-reversible and should only be performed in circumstances where a Member must be fully removed from a Club. 4.2 Pools The following section provides the Competition Administrator and Club Administrator users with the ability to perform the following actions: Create and edit Master Venue Pools Create and edit Master Match Official Pools A Master Pool (Venue or Match Official) can be assigned to or utilised by all Competitions View Pools This page provides users with the ability to view and edit the full list of Master Pools created on the system for the County\Province in question. The Records Per Page drop down control can be updated to adjust the number of Competitions listed within the Competitions table. The following details are displayed for each Competition: Name Description Add a New Pool To create a brand new Master Pool perform the following steps: 25

26 1. Navigate to the Competitions page. 2. Specify either Venue or Referee from the drop down list. 3. Click the Add button. 4. Specify a Name (required). 5. Specify a Description (optional). 6. Use the filter options provided to select the list of Venues or Referee s that you wish to add to the Pool. 7. Click the Add button to add the selected items to the right hand table. 8. Click the Add button to complete the Pool. Figure 20 - Venue Pools 4.3 Fixtures The following section provides the Competition Administrator and Club Administrator users with the ability to perform the following actions: Create and edit Fixtures Delete Fixtures Organise Communications (See section 4.5) View Fixtures This page provides users with the ability to view and edit the full list of Fixtures associated with Competitions in the County\Province in question. The Records Per Page drop down control can be updated to adjust the number of Fixtures listed within the Fixtures table. The user can specify details for the values listed below when searching for a fixture: Hide Postponed Games Hide Abandoned Games Hide BYE Games Hide TBC Games Fixture Status Between Date 26

27 Referee The user can also filter the list of fixtures using these properties. For example: 1. Select Hide Postponed Games 2. Click Search All postponed games are removed from the view. The following details are displayed for each Fixture: Traffic Light status (Explained in section 4.5 Communications) ID Details When (Date) Competition Round Status Venue Referee Figure 22 - View Fixtures A Quick Edit facility is also provided for each Fixture by clicking the edit icon circled above in red. 27

29 To manually add a Fixture to a competition perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the Fixtures page. 2. Click the Add button. 3. Specify values for each of the following properties: Competition Administrator Defaults to the current user Filter Competition o Both o Football o Hurling Competition o A drop down list provides a list of all the competitions to choose from. Home Team o A Placeholder value may be provided if unknown. Away Team o A Placeholder value may be provided if unknown. Round Venue o The list of Venues available may depend on the Venues associated with the Teams in question and whether a Master Venue Pool has been assigned to the Competition in question. Extra Time Allowed Replay Figure 25 - Add Fixture Details 4. Specify schedule properties for the fixture (i.e. Date and Time). If the exact date of the fixture is unknown a date range may be specified. 29

30 Figure 26 - Add Fixture Schedule 5. Assign Match Officials to the Fixture. There will be no options available here unless a Match Officials Pool has been assigned to the Competition. 6. A number of additional (optional) properties may also be specified: Broadcast Details Notes Report URL Re-scheduled Fixture Publish Date o If a Publish Date is specified, the fixture in question will not be published via the Servasport Fixtures and Results XML feed until the date in question is reached. Each of the above properties are published via Servasport Fixtures and Results XML feed. 7. Click the Save button. 8. The Fixture will be saved and added to the Fixtures Added in this Session table Delete a Fixture To delete one or more Fixtures perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the Fixtures page. 2. Click the checkboxes associated with each of the Fixtures you wish to delete. 3. Click the Delete button. 4. Click Yes on the pop-up to confirm that you wish to delete the selected Fixtures(s). 5. The specified Fixtures(s) will be marked as deleted. NOTE The Delete a Fixture action irreversible. 30

31 4.4 Results The following section provides the Competition Administrator and Club Administrator users with the ability to perform the following actions: View and edit Results Delete Results Organise Communications (See section 4.5) View Results This page provides users with the ability to view and edit the full list of Results associated with Competitions in the County\Province in question. The Records Per Page drop down control can be updated to adjust the number of Results listed within the Results table. The user can specify details for the following values when searching for a Result: Hide Postponed Games Hide Abandoned Games Hide BYE Games Hide Pending Games Fixture Status Between Date The following details are displayed for each Result: Traffic light status (Explained in 4.5 Communications) ID Details When (Date) Competition Round Status Venue Referee Figure 27 - View Results 31

32 Similar to the Fixtures page, a Quick Edit facility is also provided for each Result Edit a Result To edit a Result perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the Results page. 2. Use the Filter options to refresh the Results table and identify the Result you wish to edit. 3. Click the Name of the result. The Update Result page will be displayed. Figure 28 - Update Result Page 4. Edit the appropriate property values. 5. Click the Update button to save all changes. 6. To view a record of all the SMS activity between the system and Match Officials relating to this fixture, click the Show\Hide SMS Activity link. 32

33 Figure 29 - SMS Activity for the Fixture\Results Delete a Result To delete one or more Fixtures perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the Result page. 2. Click the checkboxes associated with each of the Results you wish to delete. 3. Click the Delete button. 4. Click Yes on the pop-up to confirm that you wish to delete the selected Results(s). 5. The specified Results(s) will be marked as deleted. 33

34 4.5 Communications The Communications section provides the Competition Administrator and Club Administrator users with the ability to: View the communications sent for all the Competitions in the system and their fixtures and their Results Resend the most recent SMS Change the Official Edit the Fixture It introduces the Traffic Light Concept which allows the user to view a status on the communication for a fixture or a result. A key for the traffic light concept is provided below- Fixtures Traffic Light Colour Table 2 Traffic Light Key for Fixtures Results Traffic Light Colour Table 3 Traffic Light Key for Results Description GREEN Bye games are immediately set to Green A fixture that doesn't match any of the Amber or Red conditions detailed below. AMBER A fixture in a pending state No Venue has been assigned to the fixture A Home Team has not been assigned to the fixture An Away Team has not been assigned to the fixture RED One of more Match Officials have responded No to an availability request A fixture in a pending state for more than two days A fixture in a pending state with no venue assigned A fixture in a pending state with no home team assigned A fixture in a pending state with away team assigned Description GREEN Bye games are an immediate green Anything that doesn't match a test below AMBER A result that is pending for two days or less RED A result that has been pending for more than two days 34

35 4.5.1 Search and View Fixture Communications To view Communications for a fixture follow these steps: 1. In the Competition Section click Fixtures then Communications. 2. This page will automatically show all fixtures, select a particular fixture by manually scrolling through the list and clicking the radio button beside that fixture. 36 4.5.2 Resend the most recent SMS This option allows the user to resend the most recent SMS sent. Reasons for doing this might be because the intended receiver of the SMS did not receive or reply to a previous SMS Communication. To resend the most recent SMS to the Official of one or more Fixtures follow these steps: 1. Use the radio button beside each fixture to select one or more fixture. 2. Click the Resend button. A confirmation message will appear on the screen as to whether or not the SMS was resent. If they have not previously been sent an SMS for a fixture that has already been played the SMS will request a result from the referee. If it is a fixture due to be played it will send availability request SMS to the referee. Figure 32 - Resend SMS One fixture selected and ready to Resend The Communications button in the Results page is useful when A result is pending (if you are waiting on a reply from the referee with a final score and you want to Resend an SMS prompting the score.) If there is dispute over a score (to see what score the referee replied) Use the radio button provided to select and view this information for a Result. Clicking on Communications without individually selecting a Result will navigate you to the same page as Fixtures > Communications Change Official This section enables you to change the Official for a Fixture, this may be because the chosen Official is unavailable and another Official needs to be selected. To change the Official of a Fixture follow these steps: 1. Navigate to Competitions>Fixtures >Communications 2. Select a Fixture using the radio button (You can only change one Official at a time) 3. Click Change Official 36

On appearance of the dialogue box the user can edit/enter information for the following values: Referee Available Standby Referee Available Linesman Available Sideline Official Available Assessor Available Notify Current Officials of Removal, Notify New Officials of Appointment NOTE: If you choose to Notify Current Officials of Removal and to Notify New Officials of Appointment, the current and new Match Officials will receive these notifications to their registered mobile number. The Competition Administrator will need to navigate to the Communications page to view and confirm these messages have been sent. 5. Click Update Edit Fixture This section allows the user to edit the details of a Fixture in the system. To do this follow these steps: 37

38 1. Navigate to Competitions>Fixtures>Communications 2. Select a fixture within the list that you wish to edit. 3. Click Edit Fixture Figure 34 - Edit Fixture 4. Edit the information for the following values: Round Venue No exact date Date Time Notify Referee of Change: the referee will receive a notification to their registered mobile number. 5. Click Update 4.6 Competition View The following section provides the Competition Administrator and Club Administrator users with the ability to perform the following actions: View the League Table,Fixtures and results of a League Competition. View a combined list of all Fixtures and Results associated with a Knockout Competition View Tables Use the filter options provided to select an appropriate Competition. The League Table section will be refreshed and a League Table representing the current standing of the teams in the Competition will be displayed. 38

39 The League Table may be exported to PDF, Word or Excel. Tables appear for League Competitions and Fixtures only appear for Knockout Competitions. The Full Edit option is also available by clicking on the Fixture\Result name. 4.7 Calendar The following section provides the Competition Administrator and Club Administrator users with the ability to view a Fixture Calendar detailing all upcoming fixtures associated with Competitions at the County\Province in question. 39

A search facility is also available, to enable a specific set of fixtures to be identified and displayed. A filter option enables the user to toggle between the list of My Matrices (User defined) and Predefined Matrices (System Matrices). The restored Competitions may now be viewed from within main Competitions section and are once more editable Delete an Archived Competition To delete one or more Archived Competitions perform the following steps: 1. Navigate to the Archive page. 2. Click the checkboxes associated with each of the Archived Competitions you wish to delete. 3. Click the Delete button. 4. Click Yes on the pop-up to confirm that you wish to delete the selected Competition(s). 5. The specified Competition(s) will be marked as deleted. 6. The Competitions Table will be refreshed and the deleted Competitions(s) will be removed.
