Following directories are avalable: Driver is needed by each application program and should be copied in one directory. Documentation contains all driver documentation files (including this one). Tools contains some utilities for command testing and configuring the scale. Topic 4: For function scale_open(comport,modus) the second parameter modus can contain a speed option /B In this case the communication to the scale PMA7500 will be with a baudrate of baud, default is a baudrate of 9600 baud Version 2.6 changes : The version 2.6 supports scale family PMA7500. To serve the different internal behavior of the PMA7200 and PMA7500 families, the server uses for each family a seperate DLL : This are SRVPMA72.DLL and SRVPMA75.DLL. If these DLLs are not to be found the error code SCALE_ERR_LOAD_DLL (= -22) will be generated. To get the name of the missing DLL execute the SRVCOM.EXE and use the MenuItem ScaleTest. The name of the missing DLL will be reported in a MessageBox. Remark: It is essential to copy the appropriate DLL to the scale software execution path. 15 3.29 Version 2.5 changes : The version 2.5 supports Windows NT. Topic 2: The error recognition with scale_open() has been redesigned, so the duration in case oferror is reduced from about 14 seconds to 7 seconds. Topic 3: A new Setup option has been added to control the behavior on PowerUp. Topic 4: In ScaleSetup.exe a new control has been added: "Display lock" If enabled the Scale will be go in Standby mode on PowerUp. 17 3.35 Version 1.5 changes : Stop of SRVCOM.EXE If the server had to be started with the scale_open() function, then the call of function scale_close(...) will stop the server process automatically. If the server was already started at call time of scale_open() function, then the call of function scale_close(...) will not stop the server process.
