6 Installing Sunrise Client Download and Install Download Sunrise client installer for version of interest from EHR Client Kits section of Download page of Allscripts Developer Portal. Extract the compressed file. The folder paths referred here in installation steps are relative path to the extracted folder. Install client components following steps Allscripts Gateway is using Microsoft Identity Framework to support RFID authentication. Install Microsoft Identity update, if the installer is asking for that. Install Allscripts Gateway by running setup.exe from \Allscripts-Gateway folder. On Service Registry window, provide sandbox server name as Server Name or IP value. You can find sandbox server name on Sandbox Environments page. You should not choose Security Manager Administrator and Migration Tool component to install. Complete installation following remaining steps. Make sure your firewall settings are not restricting internet communication on 80 and 443 ports. Install Sunrise Clinical Manager (i.e. SCM) by running setup.exe from \SXA-SCM- Client folder. Make sure to select all three components (Sunrise Clinical Manager, Sunrise Configuration Tools, and Sunrise Administrative Tools) and its subcomponents on Custom Setup page. To install Sunrise Ambulatory client (optional step), run setup.exe from \SXA-AMB- Client folder. To install ObjectsPlus SDK (optional step), run setup.exe from \SXA-SCM-Client- ObjectsPlusXASDK folder. Install Cumulative Update (if available in a zip file) for installed client components from \Cumulative Update folder by executing following available updates in below mentioned sequence. 7 Sunrise Ambulatory Client ObjectsPlus/XA SDK SXA-AMB-Client-xx.x-CUx.msp SXA-SCM-Client-ObjectsPlusXASDK-xx.x-CUx Navigate to \Configuration Files folder (if available in a zip file) and replace available configuration files with installed files. Replace UIShell.exe.config file under the folder C:\ProgramData\Allscripts Sunrise\Helios\X.X\Gateway Replace Eclipsys.Infrastructure.WindowsServices.exe.config file under the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\allscripts Sunrise\Helios\X.X\Gateway. Replace hvct.exe.config file under the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\allscripts Sunrise\Clinical Manager Client\X.X.XXXX.X. Replace SCM.CDS.Edit.exe.config file under the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\allscripts Sunrise\Clinical Manager Client\X.X.XXXX.X This step is applicable only if you are installing Sunrise 14.3 client. Add DNS/IP address entry of Sandbox server to your system s Hosts file. You can found Hosts file located under C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc Sunrise143 Restart the Allscripts Gateway Agent xx.x windows service. Now add your system as Sunrise authorized workstations. Start Sunrise Configuration Tools by navigating Start >> All Programs >> Allscripts Sunrise Enterprise >> Configuration Tools XX.X >> Configuration Tools. Login using provided Gateway user. Run Workstn. tool Add your workstation by providing your system name as a Workstation ID and selecting S2V GH as physical location and all available location groups as shown below. (Make sure to add a physical workstation name and not a virtual machine where SCM might be installed.) Copyright 2017 Allscripts Healthcare, LLC. 7

Normally you should see SCM/Acute application listed in Allscripts Gateway if you are installing SCM client at its default

8 This is required because Sunrise is authorizing the user based on role assigned and workstation from where user login. Start Allscripts Gateway. Make sure you are login to appropriate workgroup as mentioned on Sandbox Environment section. Normally you should see SCM/Acute application listed in Allscripts Gateway if you are installing SCM client at its default location.
