4 Perceptive TransForm Technical s Perceptive TransForm Perceptive TransForm is an electronic forms management suite compatible with ImageNow version 6.5.x to 6.7.x, and Perceptive Content 7.x, that enables the rapid design and publishing of e-forms that retain the structure of paper versions. These e-forms allow users in any location to securely capture forms data and share it with people, business systems, and the ECM/EDM application removing paper, reducing turnaround time, and speeding processes across the enterprise. All industries and departments can use Perceptive TransForm to eliminate the delays and physical limitations of document-driven processes, and replace them with secure, collaborative, paperless ones. Perceptive TransForm e-forms have the same look and feel as paper documents, enabling all users to get up and running quickly. And the standardization provided by Perceptive TransForm ensures data consistency and accuracy, eliminates the guesswork in processing government-regulated forms and makes it easier to demonstrate compliance with federal, state and industry compliance mandates. Perceptive Transform components Designer, E-Forms Manager, ifiller, and Filler work together seamlessly, empowering you to perform the following tasks: Design and create electronic versions of paper forms. Publish and manage the forms securely. Complete forms online or offline and submit them anytime. Distribute forms and notify others as part of any process. Output forms and share data with other systems. TransForm Designer Perceptive TransForm Designer version 8.x enables users to rapidly design, create and publish e-forms. For existing paper-based or electronic forms, users can simply import PDFs and then drag and drop data field controls to enable the dynamic data collection capability. Perceptive TransForm Designer is a desktop application that allows you to design e-forms that you can freely distribute across the internet and manage using E-Forms Manager. Designer needs to be installed in your organization in order to create and design e-forms. There is an installer specifically for TransForm Designer. Hardware Intel Pentium / AMD equivalent. As a server-based application, E-Forms Manager provides sophisticated tools and centralized management for security, authentication, workflow management, and database integration. Note Do not install E-Forms Manager on a computer on which a TransForm ifiller server system is already installed and running as a Standalone installation. Filler is required to view and fill out a registration form for a new installation and to view certain e-forms within E-Forms Manager, so Perceptive Software recommends installing Filler along with E-Forms Manager.
