2 Getting Started Welcome to Road Runner Mobile. Simply follow the instructions below to install the Connection Manager software and configure your Road Runner Mobile device. Then, plug in, connect and go! First: Install the Connection Manager Insert the Connection Manager Installation CD into your laptop s CD or DVD drive: Windows users: 1. The Install CD will automatically launch. 2. Choose the Install option from the welcome page. 3. If the CD does not automatically run, manually launch the CD from My Computer, and click on the Setup file to begin the process. 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Mac users: 1. Double-click the file titled Time Warner Cable Connection Manager.zip to un-zip and open the Installation Application. 2. Open the Install program file to begin the process. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Second: Configure & Connect After you have installed the Connection Manager, you will configure your device: 1. Insert your Road Runner Mobile Card into an available USB port. 2. Click on the desktop icon to launch the Connection Manager. 3. Click Connect. For Mac Users Only: The first time you connect to the 3G or 4G network, you may be prompted to set up a new network interface. Simply click Apply and the proper settings will be automatically established for you. NOW YOU ARE READY TO ENJOY ROAD RUNNER MOBILE ON THE GO!

3 Using the Connection Manager The Connection Manager makes it easy to manage all of your wireless Internet connections with a few clicks. When you click Connect, it automatically searches for the fastest network in the area, providing you with the best connection available, every time.
