3 Islandora Community 100+ public sites, 1073 listserv members, 104 GitHub members, 19 Committers, 30+ Committer Call attendees, 21 Contributed Modules, 18 Foundation members, 9 Interest Groups, 4 Community-led software releases, 14 Camps, 2 major versions. And 1 full-time employee. So we need the Community.

8 Release Team All volunteers Twice a year (April and October Releases) Many roles needed: Release Manager, Component Managers, Testers, Documenters, Auditors.

9 Release Team Appropriate for: Any interested user can be a tester/documentor/auditor. Pick a module you work with a lot and adopt it. Anyone who likes cool t-shirts and hats.

12 Committers Call Committers Call Every Thursday at 2:00 EST via Skype Meetings alternate between Ticket Week and Roadmap Week Ticket Week: review JIRA tickets, determine resolutions, assign work Roadmap Week: discussion of larger plan for Islandora, new features and improvements.

13 Committers Call Appropriate for: Anyone who wants to contribute code or voice an opinion about development. Anyone who wants to demo a new Islandora tool and get feedback Anyone who loves thumbs-up emoji (we use them to vote)

20 Interest Groups All groups are open for anyone to join Go to GitHub and add your name to the list. Watch the Community Calendar and listserv for meeting times. Appropriate for: Anyone. This is a great way to take an active part in the community with as big or small a commitment as you like.
