3 3 Logging In and My Profile Settings Logging In Navigate to: This is the ADM2000 Welcome screen. Enter your USER ID and PASSWORD. Use the TAB key or click with the mouse to move between fields. Use the <ENTER> key or click the SIGN ON button to submit the User ID/Password. If you have forgotten your password, click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link to be taken to the Password Reset page. Successfully logging in will bring up the Home Page.

4 4 My Profile Settings To access your My Profile page, click on the MENU OPTIONS drop-down arrow and select MY PROFILE. Your password and the PIN can be changed in the My Profile page. You should add a four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to your profile. The PIN is used to reset your password if you have forgotten it. To change your password, enter the new password in the PASSWORD field and in the VERIFY PASSWORD field. To save changes to this screen, click the UPDATE PROFILE button. To leave the screen and return to the Home Page, click the EXIT button.

5 5 Accessing Employee Records Using the Web Interface To access your Payroll data, click on the PAYROLL link. Within the Payroll module, there are three options: LEAVE HISTORY PAYROLL STUBS W-2 LISTINGS Click one of the links to access your data.

6 6 Leave History Select the LEAVE HISTORY link from the list. Your leave history is shown in a table by leave date.

7 7 There is a LEAVE INFO link just above the leave history table. Click the LEAVE INFO link to open a table showing your current leave information: Screen Navigation Do not use the browser back button or backspace key to attempt to return to the previous page. Use the Table page links to move through multiple pages of leave history data. Click the MENU OPTIONS drop-down to navigate to the My Profile or Home page or to Page Back to the previous page. Use the LOGOUT link at the bottom of the screen to log out. There is also an additional PAGE BACK button.

8 8 Payroll Stubs Select the PAYROLL STUBS link from the list. Your pay stubs are shown in a table by check date. Click on a Check Number, Check Date, or Ending Date to see the pay stub detail for that stub. Pay stubs will open as a PDF file using your computer s default PDF software. Once the PDF opens, you can view, print, or save the PDF file depending on the options available of your PDF software.

10 10 W-2 Listing Select the W-2 LISTING link from the list. Click on the Employee Name to see the W2 detail. W-2s will open as a PDF file using your computer s default PDF software. Once the PDF opens, you can view, print, or save the PDF file depending on the options available of your PDF software.

There is also an additional PAGE BACK button. Forgotten Password Re-set If you have forgotten your password, click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD link to be taken to the Password Reset page.

12 12 To reset your password, enter your LOGIN ID, ADDRESS and PIN. Click the SEND REQUEST button. If the information was entered correctly, the password will be reset to the default password, which is PASSWORD. You should immediately log in with the default password. You will be taken to the My Profile page to change your password. Enter a new password in the PASSWORD field and then re-enter the same password in the VERIFY PASSWORD field. Click UPDATE PROFILE to save the new password.
