Claims not completed and received within the defined claim period will not be covered. No exceptions. All consumer payments will be made by check and mailed first class postage via USPS.

3 To file a claim consumers must have the following information provided by PSE&G: The installing PSE&G Dealer s Registration Number ( Dealer Number ). All Rebate eligible York equipment serial numbers. An itemized PSE&G letterhead consumer receipt (proposals not accepted). URL: to file claim. Required Documentation: All York Rebate claims must be received by the York Rebate Center in completion (including receipt of supporting documentation) within 60 days of the installation date. Claims not completed and received within the defined claim period will not be honored. No exceptions. All rebates will be made by check and mailed first class postage via USPS. All claims are to be entered into the claim system via the exclusive URL provided above and are to be entered exclusively by the consumer, or, only if necessary, by the YORK Rebate Center. With the exception of the York Rebate Center, under no circumstance is a PSE&G Dealer or any other source to enter a Rebate claim on behalf of the consumer. Filing the Rebate will register the installation within the Unitary Products Warranty Department product registration system. After filing the claim, it is recommended customers print and save a copy of the on-line Claim Confirmation Receipt. After filing the claim and printing a copy of the Claim Confirmation Receipt, the consumer must , fax or mail a copy of their PSE&G Dealer s Receipt and Claim Confirmation Receipt to the York Rebate Center. All information must be received within 60 days of the installation date. Note: All required claim documentation must be complete on the initial submission. Multiple claim documentation submissions supporting one claim will not be accepted. Rebate submissions are considered final. 4 Claims must be filed within 60 days from installation date. All program claims will be administered utilizing the installation date which must be between April 1 st and July 31 st, 2018 and October 1 st and November 30 th, Claims are limited to qualified single phase products. Promotional offers will not be extended for products not in stock. New construction installations do not qualify for this promotional rebate program. All corporate owned properties, regardless of incorporation type are ineligible. Commercial applications, commercial properties (rental properties) and residential rental properties do not apply. Rebates are cumulative if more than one qualifying product is installed at the same address. York will pay the consumer via check for the qualified Rebate.
