3 EBF Support Offer to its Associates for Establishing and Operate SPI Platforms I. SPI Toolkit EBF took an active stance in preparing the SPI Platform toolkit, in determining its most useful content for Associates. EBF can help its Associates in reading, Interpreting and using the SPI Platform Toolkit. II. Initiating the SPI Platform III. Establishing the SPI Platform EBF could support its Associates in building consensus within the banking community and of the public authorities for establishing the SPI Platform by participating in seminars EBF could join SPI Committee as a non-voting member, if invited Page 333 of 335
4 IV. Applying for funding EBF could support application for funding SPI Platform V. Operating the SPI Platform () EBF could provide/intermediate provision of expertise on specific topics EBF could facilitate knowledge sharing EBF could support the formation of regional partnerships EBF could facilitate access to international experience V.
