1 Work Stream Basic Description Topic Area Description Time Period Lead Phone The is facilitated by Health Care Authority and includes BHOs, MCOs and the ASO. will facilitate a series of Webinars and in-person meetings to exchange information from the BHOs to MCOs & ASO regarding current behavioral health service delivery. July Communication Calls The is designed to allow for rapid response and monitoring of implementation, for the first 6 months. will monitor a set of standard indicators across all regions, and local s may choose to monitor indicators beyond the standard. s or collaboratives are led at the local level, and will facilitate the provision of technical assistance to behavioral health providers as well as information sharing between providers, MCOs and. Beginning October 1, clients will receive letters informing them of a change to their behavioral health coverage. Following this, they will receive enrollment letters/handbooks, etc. The communications is responsible for disseminating information at the local level about this change, including fact sheets, talking points, or public service announcements, etc. will facilitate a process between the BHO and MCOs/ASO to exchange data for purposes of continuity of care. This will be information on clients in higher levels of BHO services that require prior auth. will work with WSH and ESH, MCOs, BHO and ASO on the transition of responsibility for clients currently in the State hospitals. Beginning January 2, 2019, will host every other day calls (including weekends) with each mid-adopter regions to check in on transition issues. These calls with primarily be for, MCOs, ASO and BH providers. Once a week, a broader group will have an opportunity to call in (EWS ).
