3 Konvergencia Automatizácie a IKT začala už oveľa skôr ako bola vyhlásená Industrie 4.0 v Nemecku v roku Tento proces bol viditeľný najmä nástupom Priemyselného Ethernetu (IE), ktorý sa modifikoval z kancelárskeho Ethernetu pre IT Hlavná zmena: Deterministický reálny čas Profinet kompletný Norma IEC Q 2005 chip pre Profinet ERTEC 200/400 Určité očakávania na zjednotenie

14 OPC Foundation medzinárodná organizácia združuje vyše 400 členov OPC je najrozšírenejší štandard zdielania dát hrá kľúčovú rolu pre INDUSTRY 4.0 OPC Foundation poskytuje štruktúru dát a metód pre tvorbu aplikácii a certifikáciu pre zabezpečenie interoperability pre horizontálnu a vertikálnu integráciu informácií od senzorov/aktorov/strojov až po vrcholové riadenie podniku (ERP).
15 Nový OPC UA štandard nezávislý na OS UA nepoužíva COM/DCOM UA je založený na službách SOA, na web službách a jazyku XML Architektúra orientovaná na služby SOA - Service Oriented Architecture SOA má 3 prvky: odberateľ, register a poskytovateľ
16 Lepšia konzistencia dát Zabudovaná bezpečnosť dát Flexibilita vďaka SOA (väzby ad hog) Využitie web služieb Integrácia rôznych štandardov v automatizácii (napr. EDDL,...) Spätná kompatibilita s pôvodným OPC
17 Technológia OPC UA bola deklarovaná ako odporučená pre komunikačné technológie v nemeckom Industry 4.0. Dva komunikačné modely: klient-server model (volne dostupné knižnice a programové komponenty v C++, Python,..) OPC UA Pub/Sub, Publisher Subscriber model od roku 2016 (Hanover) je vo výrobe aj v pilotnej prevádzke (zatiaľ bez TSN). Očakáva sa spojenie OPC UA a TSN
18 OPC Foundation spolupracuje s veľkými hráčmi v automatizácii... Organizácia OPC Foundation postupuje tak, že spája a integruje už existujúce riešenia jednotlivých firiem resp. celých zoskupení a rôznych profesných združení, ktoré sa jej darí zapúzdriť do jednotného informačného, komunikačného a dátového modelu, ktoré sú vnútorne štruktúrované. Inteligentné senzory a MEMS - príprava na IIoT, profily zariadení, FDI, priemyselné zbernice, AutoID systémy, Vývojové programové prostredia pre MS - OPC UA podpora pre programovanie aplikácií v: C++, C#, Python, Vnorené mikropočítačové systémy - implementácia OPC UA, hodiny RT, OPC UA Device, Smart mechatronické systémy Strojové videnie podľa OPC UA špecifikácie (v spolupráci VDMA).

23 Široko akceptovaný OPC UA štandard Jednotné digitálne prostredie v obrovskej rozmanitosti Očakávania: odstráni nekompatibilitu, zvýši flexibilitu výrobných prostriedkov, Otvorí dvere novým možnostiam optimalizácie výrobných procesov a podpore rozhodovania na báze umelej inteligencie.
