3 Terminal blocks for electrical installations fasis BIT / selos BIT The requirements for power and signal management in electrical distribution systems rise along with the increasing automation of convenience and safety functions in buildings. The growing number of circuits requires a terminal block system that enables clear wiring in confined spaces, while maintaining user flexibility. We fulfill this goal with our product series fasis BIT / selos BIT that is designed according to the connection directives for distribution systems in public and functional buildings: The directives for the design of high-voltage systems according to EN (VDE 100) requires an insulation test of all outgoing cables without disconnect. Consumer units with integrated equipment up to 63A according to DIN Circuit wiring with only one terminal block Wiring and clear assignment of the circuits clear due to 5 mm wide, three-tier design. Neutral conductor connection, line feed-through and ground connection are combined in one terminal block. Safety and user-friendly operation even when the neutral conductor is disconnected from the neutral busbar by means of a disconnect unit to perform an insulation test with visual control. The PEN assembly block WKI...PEN/35 accomplishes this task. The PEN assembly block consists of a ground block that is connected to the mounting rail, and a neutral terminal block that is electrically isolated from the mounting rail. The two blocks are connected by a copper cross connector that can be removed to disconnect the blocks. When using this PEN assembly block, the mounting rail only acts as a grounding busbar. Therefore, standardized mounting rails from zinc-plated steel can be used for grounding purposes and copper mounting rails are not required.
