13 3.IE View 3.1 We suggest to use IE11. You may need to enable the Activex control download at the IE settings see the bellowing picture: Internet Options Security Custom 3.2 Camera default IP address: Add IP address with 12 Gateway in the LAN. 12

15 4.IPVMS install 4.1 There is CD with each camera. In CD you will find the software IPVMS Setup 4.2 After install the software, you will find tow icons, Click IPVMS to run the software. Default username and password: admin/admin 14

17 5.One-Key Connect Descriptions: One-key Connect can search all the IP cameras with or without default IP address, and assign IP address to each camera. 5.1 Assign different IP address to each camera in the LAN automatically. 5.2 Assign the certain IP addresses to each camera manually. 6.Update Tool 6.1 This tool Update Tool will help you easily to edit the IP address and check the each connection status. 16

FAQ Q: When I was watching the video on live, the system ran very slowly. Why the memory fluctuated constantly shown on the task manager? A: This is due to the graphics driver cannot perfectly support the performance of the graphics. Please upgrade the graphics driver to the latest version. Q: I connected the IP camera with computer directly, and there is stuck happened while browsing, also the delay increase generally. A: Please check whether the access of network is standard or not. For instance, change another tested network cable. Q: Why I can access to the log in screen via IE browser, but cannot log in to the device? A. Please check the setting of the IE browser, Internet Options -> Privacy -> Settings, make sure all options are set below Medium. Q: Why after logging in the website, I cannot see the video, but the bit rate is updating? A: Please update your video card drive to the latest version. Q. I use the XIN XP operation system, but why the system goes slowly and lose date when use CMS to record video for dozens of channel. A: We suggest you can use Win 7 or higher operation system to do the recording for dozens of channel. Q: I want to playback my recording video, but i cannot find them. A: Please kindly check: 1. If correctly add the Video directory 2.If the device time is synchronized with computer 3. If the camera recording already be enable. 18
