3 SHD Overview his In-CEILIG HOUSIG is a mounting ADAPOR that is designed to mount the smart dome camera in built-in style on a double-layer ceiling EG hat s Included HOUSIG SAEY BRACKE (1EA) SAEY IRE (1SE) EMPLAE (1EA) outdoor type (3EA) indoor type (2EA) Lower bracket (exclusively for indoor dome cameras) (1EA) In-ceiling Housing Installation Manual ISALLAIO MAUAL SHD _3

4 Installation Instructions 1 3 Select an installation position or place that can endure more than 4 times of the total weight of the installation structure At least 250mm or more of spare height is required above the CEILIG BOARD CEILIG BOARD s thickness should be less than 40mm Be sure to secure the SAEY IRE to avoid a product fall If you want to attach the camera to the ADAPOR, use the only provided SCRES More than 250mm CEILIG BOARD Less than 40mm Installation (indoor type) 1 Place the EMPLAE on the CEILIG BOARD and drill a guided hole ❶ Remove the round filling ( C ) from the EMPLAE 2 Place EMPLAE A onto the CEILIG BOARD to which you will attach the ceiling mount ADAPOR and drill a hole of Ø198mm in diameter See the figure below for the hole shape CEILIG BOARD EMPLAE _ SHD-30001

5 ix the ACHOR BOL onto the concrete CEILIG, and secure the SAEY IRE to the ACHOR BOL as below: ❶ ighten the nut ( 1 ) on the ACHOR BOL 2 Insert the provided SAEY BRACKE into the ACHOR BOL 3 ighten two nuts ( 2, 3 ) onto the ACHOR BOL 4 Hook and fix one end of the SAEY IRE onto the SAEY BRACKE 5 Hook and fix the other end of SAEY IRE onto the HOUSIG as shown below EG ACHOR BOL ut (1) ACHOR BOL Safety BRACKE ut (2,3) SAEY IRE CEILIG CEILIG HOUSIG he ACHOR BOLs and nuts are optional and not included in the product package 3 o connect to the camera, insert the external cable through the side hole on the housing to the inside of the housing as shown in the figure M Refer to the installation manual of the camera that you want to install, and prepare necessary cables for camera connection HOUSIG CEILIG Hole HOUSIG External Cable SHD _

7 LOCK ULOCK ULOCK ALARM OU + - RO OP DC RES 1 ALARM OU ARM I ULOCK + - RO DC EG Insert the bracket where the camera is mounted into the housing and fix it by turning it in the LOCK direction M hen the installation is completed, remove both PROECIVE APE and PREOECIVE COVER from the lens CEILIG A RESE 2 ALARM I 3 GD ALARM OU LOCK A RESE 2 ALARM I 3 GD LOCK HOUSIG Attach the COVER to the HOUSIG HOUSIG Cover SHD _

8 Installation (outdoor type) 1 Place the EMPLAE on the CEILIG BOARD and drill a guided hole ❶ Remove the round filling ( C ) from the EMPLAE 2 Place the EMPLAE A onto the CEILIG BOARD to which you will attach the CEILIG mount ADAPOR and drill a Ø198mm hole See the figure below for the hole shape CEILIG BOARD EMPLAE ix the ACHOR BOL onto the concrete CEILIG, and secure the SAEY IRE to the ACHOR BOL as below: ❶ ighten the U ( 1 ) on the ACHOR BOL 2 Insert the provided SAEY BRACKE into the ACHOR BOL 3 ighten two Us ( 2, 3 ) onto the ACHOR BOL 4 Hook and fix one end of the SAEY IRE onto the SAEY BRACKE 5 Hook and fix the other end of SAEY IRE onto the HOUSIG as shown below: ACHOR BOL ut (1) ACHOR BOL Safety BRACKE ut (2,3) SAEY IRE CEILIG CEILIG HOUSIG he ACHOR BOLs and nuts are optional and not included in the product package _ SHD-30001

9 EG 3 o connect to the camera, insert the external cable through the side hole on the housing to the inside of the housing as shown in the figure M Refer to the installation manual of the camera that you want to install, and prepare necessary cables for camera connection CEILIG HOLE HOUSIG Push the HOUSIG inside the CEILIG through the CEILIG hole, and tighten the SCREs (x2) clockwise to fix the HOUSIG on the CEILIG (he BRACKE will be positioned from <A> to <B> as shown) M Ensure that the HOUSIG is firmly secured to the CEILIG BOARD BRACKE BRACKE BRACKE HOUSIG BRACKE SCRE urn clockwise <A> <B> SHD _

10 Installation (outdoor type) As shown in the figure, pull out the protrusions of the rubber cap in the bottom to make a small hole and remove the cable through it to connect to the external cable Alarm Cable Audio Power CAUIO: Be ware of the Rated Voltage and Polarity of the power connection M If waterproofing in the connected cable jacket is poor, it may cause leaks Make sure you tape it tight and thoroughly he butyl rubber tape for waterproofing can extend at least twice as long as the original length 10_ SHD-30001
