1 Please refer to the guide below to use the latest version of the ios UCam247Live app. IMPORTANT: You will need to add your cameras to this new style app afresh. Ensure your phone/tablet is connected to the same WiFi network as the camera before carrying out the next steps. You DO NOT need to make make any changes to your cameras, simply re-add the camera to the new app as described below. Adding a camera When you first load the app you will be asked to add a camera. To add a camera hit Add in the top left. Press Add to enter the UID code and password manually. Or tap QRCode to open the camera to scan the QR code on the cameras label. Alternatively, if connected to the same network as the camera you can also select the camera from the Camera Found list. NB: When entering the UID code be sure to enter this all in UPPERCASE and enter the password with the correct cases (e.g. admin lower case) as these fields are all case sensitive. Once entered hit Save to store the cameras details.

2 View Live Video In the app go to the My Camera page, tap the entry for the camera and the live view page will load. To go back tap the screen then hit the X in the top left of screen to return to the My Camera page. Recorded Video Playback Tap the Videos and Photos tab at the bottom of the page, then to view the clips stored on the phones memory tab the icon for your camera. To view clips stored on the cameras SD card or Cloud NVR tap the arrow on the right hand side and then hit the SD card symbol. You can then playback the desired clip by tapping it.

3 View Alarm Records Go to the Alarm Records tab at the bottom of the page then tap the camera to view the list of events. To stop alerts tap the arrow to the right then hit the options symbol to select stop receiving notifications. To delete all alerts hit the arrow to the right then select the trash symbol and hit delete. Disable Motion Detection by the camera In the app go to the My Camera page, tap the arrow to the right of the camera then select the motion symbol, select turn ON or turn OFF as appropriate.

4 Delete Camera (from app) In the app go to the My Camera page, tap the arrow to the right of the camera then select the trash symbol to remove the camera from the list. Edit Camera Entry In the app go to the My Camera page, tap the arrow to the right of the camera then select the Options symbol to enter the Edit camera page. There you can make changes to the camera entry in the app, including rename it, change the password, correct an incorrectly entered password or access Advanced Settings Add/Update Advanced Settings In Advanced settings you can set your camera up to record and make other changes such as setting the detection areas for your camera. The Motion Detection can be enabled/disabled on the fly using the slider at the top of the page, switch this off or on as required.

5 You can adjust the volume levels for both the speaker and the Microphone on this page. Setup the WiFi (only required if you are setting up the camera again or adding a new camera) Also on the Advanced Settings page you will find the Network Setup page. This page is used for setting up the cameras WiFi. As well as the Date and Time and FTP uploads. Tap WiFi Networks to begin setting up the WiFi connection. It will auto scan for available wireless networks and display all available ones in a list. You can then select your network from this list, you will then be prompted to enter your wireless password into the camera. Enter this then hit join to connect to the wireless network. Alarm Actions This page allows you to setup the cameras motion detection page as well as set what the camera does once triggered. Window On this page you can set the motion detection as the app screen is smaller this looks slightly different from the full web interface but can still be used to set it up. Use the Window selector at the top of the page to switch between the active detection box shown

6 below and enable/disable these with the alarm on slider. Tap and slide the red detection box to cover the area of the image you want and use the pinch motions to resize it. Once the location is set you can fine tune this using the Sensitivity and Threshold sliders. To make the box more sensitive move sensitivity to the right and threshold to the left. To make a box less sensitive move sensitivity to the left and threshold to the right. Not worked for you?
