12 Software Airtime Services Made Easy RELAY, is a simple and easy to use webbased application, allowing you to display detailed billing information and utilize online provisioning to remotely manage your assets. This user friendly software also includes a Resellers Portal, allowing reseller customers to group assets per customer and manage invoices on an individual customer basis.

13 Software Online Provisioning Relay also offers online provisioning, allowing customers to remotely control their assets over the Iridium network. Subscribing to this service allows our customers to provision and update assets any time as needed.

14 Software Online Provisioning Specific provision features include: Suspending Iridium SBD modems/assets Activating & De-activating Iridium SBD modems/assets Updating Iridium SBD modems/assets, delivery address or plan type Viewing the status of Iridium devices.

15 Software Resellers RELAY includes a portal dedicated for resellers that provide reseller services to our airtime partners. This extended feature allows existing customers to group assets per customer and manage invoices on an individual customer basis. This portal helps resellers manage their own customers and identify which customers own what assets through RELAY, and invoice their customers according to their own billing plans.

16 Software Billing Plans Resellers now have the ability to create plans that will ADD additional monthly and usage fees on top of the base JouBeh plans/packages. Plans can be created as simple/fixed or advanced, which gives the reseller a large level of detail on what they are creating.

17 Software Sub Accounts & Reference Codes Users can create Sub Accounts and group their sub accounts via Reference Codes and Assets associated to those Sub Accounts. A reference code is a reseller used reference that refers to a job/project/contract. Resellers can associate TAXES, CURRENCIES and IMEI s/sim s to a reference

18 Software Currencies, Taxes & Applicable Fees Resellers can now apply custom/mandatory tax rates to their services, as well as assign a particular currency value for ease of billing. Resellers can also apply one-time applicable fees for any services they offer
