3 : How do I order a new phone? 1 1. Choose your order type: You can order a new phone by Selecting: Shop Phones New Activations (see #1) 2 You can also order a new phone by selecting the Buy a new Phone with a New Plan under the Quick link selection (see #2) 3
4 2. Select the province 3. Enter your BAN (Business Account Number) to add the Activation to an existing account. Leave the BAN field blank if you require a new Account. 4. Click List Phones 5. Select the Hardware that you wish to purchase 4
5 6. Under the Device Page select the: Colour Quantity Memory size Price 7. You also have the option to Add Accessories 8. Click Add to Cart 9. Click Next 5
6 10. Select the Accessories that you wish to add 11.Select the Plans to add Plan Types: Bundle (Data, Voice & Text) Voice & Text (Additional Data) Data Only (With Voice) Data Only (No Voice) 12. Click Next: Add Ons You have the option to add service add ons (e.g. Voic , SMS package, etc.) 13. Click Next: User Information : Add the user information 14. Select the Phone number options: If you want a New Number If you want to Transfer your Wireless Number If you want to Transfer your Wireline Number 6
7 15. You have the Option to Continue Shopping or Proceed to Check Out 16.On the Check out Page Fill out the Address that s associated with the Monthly Bill Accept the Rogers Terms and Conditions 17. Click Next: Payment 18. On the Payment Page, you have the option to pay by: Credit Card Hardware Invoice (not monthly airtime invoice) Rogers Wireless Monthly Airtime Invoice 19. Fill out the Hardware Billing Address & the Shipping Address 20. Select the Shipping Cost (Regular Parcel or Express Post) 21. Click Next: Confirmation 7
8 22. Review the order & Finalize the Purchase 23.Purchase Complete! Please take note of your Order number An will be sent to your address You also have the option to Print the Receipt Order # 8

10 : How do I upgrade my existing phone? 1 1. Choose your order type: You can upgrade your existing phone by Selecting: Shop Phones Hardware Upgrades (see #1) 2 You can also upgrade your existing phone by selecting the Upgrade My Existing Rogers Phone under the Quick link selection (see #2) 10
11 2. Select the province 3. It s Optional to add the Rogers Account Number 4. Fill out the User First Name & Last Name 5. Add the Current Mobile Number that you wish to Upgrade Click on Check Eligibility If it s eligible, you may proceed with placing your order 6. Click List Phones 7. Select the Hardware that you wish to purchase 11
12 8. Under the Device Page select the: Colour Quantity Memory size Price 9. You also have the option to Add Accessories 10. Click Add to Cart 11. Click Next 12

Select the Plans to add On the Plan Selection, You have the option to Keep your Existing plan or add a new Plan New Plan Types: Bundle (Data, Voice & Text) Voice & Text (Additional Data) Data Only (With Voice) Data Only (No Voice) 14. Click Next: Add Ons You have the option to add service add ons (e.g. Voic , SMS package, etc.) 15. Click Next: User Information 13
14 16. You will now be directed to the Check out page. On the Check out Page Fill out the Address that s associated with the Monthly Bill Accept the Rogers Terms and Conditions 17. Click Next: Payment 18. On the Payment Page, you have the option to pay by: Credit Card Hardware Invoice (not monthly airtime invoice) Rogers Wireless Monthly Airtime Invoice 19. Fill out the Hardware Billing Address & the Shipping Address 20. Select the Shipping Cost (Regular Parcel or Express Post) 21. Click Next: Confirmation 14

17 : How do I order a SIM card? 1. Choose your order type: You can order a SIM card only order & Activate a plan by Selecting: Shop SIM Cards 17
18 2. Select the SIM card that you want to order By Device type By SIM type 3. Select the Province 4. Add the Quantity 5. Enter your BAN (Business Account Number) to add the Activation to an existing account. Leave the BAN field blank if you require a new Account. 18
19 6. Select the Plans to add Plan Types: Bundle (Data, Voice & Text) Voice & Text (Additional Data) Data Only (With Voice) Data Only (No Voice) 7. Click Next: Add Ons You have the option to add service add ons (e.g. Voic , SMS package, etc.) 8. Click Next: User Information 19
20 9. You have the option to upload user information for bulk SIM card orders. The instruction can be found at the beginning of the SIM card order flow 10. You can also enter the user information manually It s Mandatory to add the IMEI number (use if you don t know your IMEI number) Enter your SIM Card number if requesting activation of SIM already in your possession. If SIM Card field is left blank, RogersDirect will send activated SIM cards (at no additional charge) 11. Select the Phone number options: If you want a New Number If you want to Transfer your Wireless Number If you want to Transfer your Wireline Number 12. Proceed to Check Out 20

On the Payment Page, you have the option to pay by: Credit Card Hardware Invoice (not monthly airtime invoice) Rogers Wireless Monthly Airtime Invoice An Existing phone number from the account is Mandatory if the payment method is Rogers monthly invoice 5. Fill out the Hardware Billing Address & the Shipping Address 6. Select the Shipping Cost (Regular Parcel or Express Post) 7. Click Next: Confirmation 26
