8 Roaming & International Roaming 24 Hour Travel Pass Zest4 Roaming Fair Usage Policy In line with recent changes around Roam Like at Home legislation, we have introduced a new fair usage policy to ensure end user allowances are being used for purpose whilst roaming. Policy Terms Inclusive roaming services on Zest4 s mobile tariffs have been built for business users who travel periodically, and not for those who roam across foreign networks on a semi-permanent or permanent basis. If a customer uses their mobile in destinations outside the UK that qualify for inclusive access to standard bundles, for more than 50% of the time in any four month rolling period, they can expect a communication requesting a moderation of roaming services. If usage continues to exceed 50% as described in the two week period following notification, Zest4 reserve the right to charge for this usage or business roaming services. All O2 connections are automatically set up with Roaming 24 hour Travel Pass. If you have a customer not wanting this Option please contact the Zest4 service team for alternative rates. Rest of World Roaming All O2 connections with Zest4 are automatically opted into the Rest Of World Travel Pass. The user can access a maximum of two travel passes in each 24 hour period GMT. Once the travel pass allowance has been utilised on the first pass, a second pass is automatically added when usage continues. Once the second pass has been utilised, the user is then charged overage rates. It is recommended if users wish to regularly browse the web on their phones when travelling abroad, they should use wifi hotspots instead of their phone s mobile internet connection. 23 Vodafone Forever Connected Rules VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are for New Business Only - from 1st May 2018* VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are charged a disconnection fee of 30 + VAT per number if disconnected, or ported or migrated away.** VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are 6 Month Minimum contract term then 30 day rolling notice thereafter. Where compatible Vodafone World 5.25 per day, VF Forever Connected 500 and Mobile Broadband tariffs are not compatible. Where compatible Vodafone International 6.00 per month, VF Forever Connected 500 and Mobile Broadband tariffs are not compatible. Data Alerts (% of Usage) are not offered as standard on Vodafone tariffs. Providing data alerts during the month of connection, and also where a tariff migration has occurred can distort the alert thresholds due to pro rata of allowance.
