1 Subpart 1:BT Working Together (for Residential Lines) This product is not available for new supply from 1 June BT Working Together is an account based opt in all inclusive package for residential Customers. The overall option fee includes specific pence per minute call rates, line rental, a single Inclusive Call Allowance per account and 1 inclusive Calling Feature. BT Working Together is available on PSTN and ISDN2e lines and also includes an option for reduced conversion/connection to new and additional Home Highway (Home Highway has been withdrawn from new supply with effect from 5 September 2005) Lines. Eligibility This product is not available for new supply from 1 June The product is not available on the following Line Types: (A) -Business Lines -Lines not provided by BT -Public Payphone Lines -Payphone Lines rented at the concessionary rate -Out of Area Lines -Exchange Lines provided at non served premises -Service Provider Calls & Access -Shared Service lines -Telepoint -Temporary lines -Low Loss lines -FeatureLines -Alarm lines -ISDN2 lines -ISDN30 lines -Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service Accounts (see below for further information) and the product is available to all residential customers on a per account basis (where all lines on the account are at a single address) excluding customers who have: (B) -Unlimited Weekend Plan -BT Together - Local Calls Option -Unlimited Evening & Weekend Plan -Unlimited Anytime Plan Customers using PSTN split lines will not be able to take BT Working Together (Residential) on Home Highway or ISDN lines. Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out of Service Accounts This product is not available for new supply from 1 June Existing accounts which BT has made Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service are excluded from BT Working Together. 2 Where lines/accounts are Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service at customer's request they should not be excluded from BT Working Together. BT Working Together customers who are subsequently made Outgoing Calls Barred/Temporary Out Of Service by either BT or at customer's own request can remain on the package. Section 55:Part 7: PAGE 2

3 Pricing Information For all Residential Special Offers see Special Notices at Notices 2007 and Notices 2008 for full details. This product is not available for new supply from 1 June PSTN Lines BT Working Together is available for an option fee of 9.00 inc. VAT per month plus line rental of inc VAT per month. For customers who receive bills with quarterly charges shown as VAT exclusive amounts, this will appear as a combined total of exc VAT per quarter. This includes the following: BT Working Together is available for an inclusive fee of inc VAT ( exc. VAT) per quarter. The fee includes the following: -Line Rental (for 1 line only) -Specific pence per minute rates (see Tables 1, 2, 3, and 4) -Quarterly Inclusive Call Allowance of exc. VAT ( inc. VAT) -BT Working Together (for residential lines) is also available to Customers with 2 or more PSTN lines on the same account. They will receive the BT Working Together ppm rates on all lines and a Quarterly Inclusive Call Allowance of exc. VAT ( inc. VAT) which will be spread across all lines. -1 inclusive BT Calling Feature (see list below) -Connection of new and additional lines at exc. VAT ( inc. VAT) -Customers will pay exc. VAT ( inc. VAT) fee for additional lines on the same account. A payment processing fee is payable on each account for Customers who do not settle their accounts by Monthly Payment Plan or Direct Debit - see Section 15Part 12sub part 3. The payment processing fee is levied by BT Payment Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Telecommunications plc. From 3rd December 2011 the paper-free discount has been withdrawn. - please refer to line rental saver (Section 55Part 20) for details of an alternative which requires paper-free billing and includes a discount on rental. Paper-free billing remains available as an option for all. Call Prices Calls to the Channel Islands are charged at National Rate. Calls to Local Number Translation Service (NTS) (0X45) numbers will be charged at the BT Working Together (for Residential Lines) 0845 rates shown in Tables 2(a) and 2(b). ie not all these calls are eligible for the zero pence per minute charge. IDD Circuit Switched 64k Data Calls will be charged at the standard rate. Calls of any type for which there is no BT Working Together Option pence per minute rate specified will be charged at the standard rate (including Chargecard calls; Directory Enquiries - all numbers beginning with 118; 195 service and Operator Controlled Calls). See General Notes sub-part 4, for details of the applicable Call Set-up Fee. 4 -IDD Circuit Switched 64k Data Calls -Calls to numbers shown in Section 2 Part 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 of the BT Price List with a Categorisation for Customer Options of 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11. VAT figures are normally rounded up. In the case of the Inclusive Call Allowance the costs shown are inclusive of VAT rounded down to the nearest whole penny or part. PSTN customers and HomeHighway (Home Highway has been withdrawn from new supply with effect from 5 September 2005) customers may select their feature from the Analogue list only. Customers taking ISDN2e can select three features from the Digital list or if they also have PSTN line(s) on the same account, from either the Digital or Analogue (for PSTN) list - or a combination of both. Where inclusive BT Calling Features/Digital Select are provided as part of the BT Working Together package, customers may order additional standard BT Calling Features/Digital Select on that account at a quarterly charge of 2.00 exc VAT/ 2.40 inc VAT each. Where customers have existing BT Calling Features/Digital Select, they can choose to have the BT Working Together inclusive BT Calling Feature(s)/Digital Select Service(s) provided additionally or replace their existing feature(s)/services(s) with their BT Working Together inclusive feature(s)/services(s). BT Calling Features/Digital Select that have been provided on non-bt Working Together accounts on the same site will be provided at standard BT Calling Features/Digital Select Service Pack prices. The provision of BT Calling Features/Digital Select will not be mandatory within the BT Working Together package, and customers can if they wish opt not to take the full allocation of inclusive BT Calling Features/Digital Select provided within the BT Working Together package. Customers with multi-line accounts may choose which lines they wish to have the BT Calling Features/Digital Select provided on and may choose the same BT Calling Features/Digital Select on different lines e.g. residential customers with three lines on the same account who take BT Working Together could opt to have Caller Display provided on each line. Please note that the Caller Display Calling Feature is subject to availability. Call Minder (standard) can only be provided free of charge within the BT Working Together package once (i.e. on a single line). Customers who require Call Minder (standard or variants) on each additional line will be required to pay the full retail rental price. Where Call Minder is not provided as an inclusive (i.e. it s a `paid for' service) it will be charged at the full retail rental price. * Customers cannot change their Call Sign number after initial provision of a Call Sign number. 9 Conditions Service is provided under the Conditions for BT Telephony as amended by the conditions below. (1)There is no minimum term for the BT Working Together Package with the exceptions noted in Conditions (2)Spread connection terms are available. (3)BT Working Together connection/conversion prices are only available where BT's standard connection/ conversion prices would otherwise be payable. (4)Early Termination charges will apply on cessation of a PSTN line before expiry of the minimum period of service. (5)The charge noted in condition 10 will also apply if the customer takes a new or additional exchange line at the BT Working Together connection charge but cancels the BT Working Together package within the first 6 months of the Minimum Period of Service. (6)ISDN2e customers will be held to term on termination of a line before expiry of the Minimum Period of Service. Customers who are on existing ISDN2e long term contracts may transfer to BT Working Together Business Highway/ISDN2e contracts without penalty. (7)Customers who wish to convert a PSTN line connected at the BT Working Together connection charge to ISDN2e BT Working Together within 6 months of provision of that line will be charged the standard ISDN2e with Inclusive Call Allowance conversion price. (8)Customers who wish to convert a PSTN line connected at the BT Working Together connection charge to ISDN2e after 6 months will be charged the standard ISDN2e conversion price. (9)The standard Call Minder 3 month minimum term still applies when Call Minder has been provided as a chargeable service on a BT Working Together Account. Section 55:Part 7: PAGE 9
