(EVENING) FOR SESSION The candidates whose Roll Numbers appear in the enclosed lists are required to get their documents verified in the office of The Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, JMI as per following schedule. Candidates who fail to complete the process of document verification by the stipulated date and time as given below will forfeit their candidature: SCHEDULE OF DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION: Course Date Time B.E. ( Computer Engg) Candidates are required to bring the following documents in original for verification, along with a set of photocopy of each document for submission in the office of the Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology. 1. Admit Card 2. Diploma in relevant branch of Engineering 1 of 5

Marksheets of Diploma Engineering (In case date of issue is not mentioned in the marksheet, candidates are required to submit the proof of date of declaration of final result of Diploma Engineering in order to count candidates' working experience. ) 4. Marksheets & Certificates of Class Xand Class XII 5. Date of Birth Certificate (if date of birth is not mentioned in the Marksheet/ Certificate of Class X) 6. Character Certificate 7. Certificate of Category (if reservation is claimed) 8. All Certificates of experience after passing the qualifying Exams. 9. "No Objection Certificate" from the present Employer 10. Proof of Mailing/Permanent Address as filled in the application form (any one of these: (Passport, Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Driving License, Voters ID, Bank Passbook, Electricity Bill, Telephone (Landline) Bill, Water Charges Bill, Certificate issued by Gram Pradhan, Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation). 11. Affidavit/Declaration/Undertaking Certificate in the prescribed proforma along with the Certificate of Verification in support of Category claimed (like Muslim, Muslim Women, Muslim OBe, Muslim ST etc.). In case of Minor Candidates (below 18 years) the parents or guardian should affirm the affidavit in the prescribed proforma in respect to the category of reservation claimed for admission. OBC Certificate, if required, from one of the following authorities: District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/Collector/Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy Commissioner/Deputy Collector/ First Class Stipendiary Magistrate/City Magistrate (not below the rank of First Class Stipendiary Magistrate)/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate/ Taluka Magistrate/ Executive Magistrate/Extra Asstt. Commissioner. Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate/Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar. Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/ or his/her family normally resides. Administrator/Secretary to Administrator/ Development Officer (Locative and Minicoy Islands). 2 of 5
