All interested bidders are requested to submit their bids as per the criteria given in this document:. Technical Bid and EMD should be sealed in a separate envelope subscribing Technical Bid for Tender No: JMI/CIT/202/4. 2. Commercial Bid should be sealed in a separate envelope subscribing Commercial Bid for Tender No: JMI/CIT/202/4. Both Technical and Commercial Bid envelopes should be enclosed and sealed in separate envelopes subscribing the Tender Number and due date addressed to: The Registrar, Jamia Millia Islamia, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. Last Date of Submission : March 9, 202 up to 3:00 p.m. The completed Tender documents are to submitted with Tender Fee Amount of Rs. 500 in cash/dd in favour of The Registrar, Jamia Millia Islamia Eligibility Criteria:. The Bidder should be an Authorised partner having a direct purchase and support agreement with the OEM. 2. A letter of authorization from the Principal specific to the tender should be enclosed. 3. The bidder should have adequate experience of installing, and supporting McAfee products including EPO and EPA Endpoint Protection Suite Adv. 4. The bidder should have Service Center operating in or around Delhi. Communication address and telephone numbers for the same should be provided.

PRICE AND VALIDITY All the prices mentioned in our proposal are in accordance with the terms as specified in bidding documents. All the prices and other terms and conditions of this proposal are valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the last date of submission of bids. DEVIATIONS We declare that all the services shall be performed strictly in accordance with the Technical specifications mentioned in the Tender document. 4 QUANTITIES The quantities given in this Tender are approximate and may increase or decrease owing to the requirements of Jamia Millia Islamia and also the financial constraints. BID PRICING We further declare that the prices stated in our proposal are in accordance with your Terms & Conditions in the bidding document. We further understand that the quantities as specified in this Tender may increase or decrease at the time of Award of Purchase Order as per the requirements of Jamia Millia Islamia. In case you require any further information/documentary proof in this regard during evaluation of our bid, we agree to furnish the same in time to your satisfaction. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE SECURITY We hereby declare that in case the contract is awarded to us, we shall submit the performance Guarantee Bond in the form of Bank Guarantee for the amount of 0% of the total order value excluding services and taxes. 5 Annexure II TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TENDERS Item. The Tenders submitted after the due date and time shall be rejected. Your quotation must be neat and clean duly signed by authorized signatories. No erasure or alteration must appear in the quotation. 2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Documentary proofs showing satisfaction of the eligibility criteria laid down in the Tender document must be attached. 3. SCOPE OF WORK: Please see Annexure III 4. PRICES: The prices should be quoted in Indian Rupees. Please note that Jamia Millia Islamia is an educational institution and is exempted from payment of custom duty and certain taxes as per Govt. rules for which necessary certificates will be provided by the University. The quoted prices should be FOR Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi inclusive of Packing, Forwarding, Freight/Cartage and insurance charges. 5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT CHARGES: The cost of project management charges, if any, should be separately mentioned in terms of percentage of the BOM. 6. LITERATURE: The Catalogue/Pamphlets/Technical Literature and Instruction Manual must be attached. 7. TAXES/DUTY/ETC: All applicable taxes, duties etc should be clearly and separately mentioned in the financial bid. 8. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The successful bidders are required to supply the goods within prescribed delivery schedule from the date of our order. Please quote your delivery schedule clearly failing which your quotation will not be considered. 9. VALIDITY OF PRICES: Your quotation must be valid for 60 days from the date of tender opening. No upward change in prices and changes in terms and conditions will be permitted. 0. QUANTITIES: The quantities given in the Bill of Material are liable to change (increase or decrease) depending on the requirements of Jamia Millia Islamia and also the budgetary constraints. INSTALLATION AND COMMISIOINING: Complete installation, configuration and integration work will be carried out by the Technical Expert of the supplier up to the satisfaction of JMI. Time required for installation, configuration and integration shall be indicated in the Compliance Statement/ Deviation (Pl. write) 5 Authorised Signatory with Seal

6 Item quotation. 2. PENALTY: In case the equipment/accessories are not supplied within specified delivery period, or the installation and commissioning is delayed beyond the specified time, a of the Purchase Order value per day subject to a maximum of 5% will be charged from the supplier. The same would be deducted from the final payment. 3. WARRANTY: The equipment must be loaded with required licenses and must be warranted against all manufacturing defects for at least a period of 2 months from the date of successful installation and acceptance. In case, a part thereof or the whole equipment is found defective the same will have to be rectified/replaced on free of charge basis without laps of time. In case the equipment are not repaired/replaced within the Service Time quoted the bank guarantee will be revoked without assigning any reason. 4. ARBRITATOR: All disputes arising out of this shall be referred to an arbitrator to be appointed by Jamia Millia Islamia with mutual consent of the bidder. His award shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute. All suits in respect of this shall be in courts of Delhi. 5. JMI s RIGHT: The JMI reserves the right to reject lowest quotation or all the quotations or accept any quotation or part thereof without assigning any reason. Installation/Updating and Fine Tuning of McAfee EPO server on quarterly basis and also performing of other administrative operations on the server as and when required 3. Fortnightly visit of a competent product engineer for onsite rectification of virus related issues at Jamia Millia Islamia 4. Remote troubleshooting as and when required. 5.
