2 Training and Assessment is already considered a valuable qualification to many employers and organisations, and maintaining currency is absolutely essential if you wish to become a trainer at an Australian TAFE or Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This qualification will enable you to upgrade to the current competencies required to perform the role of a skilled enterprise trainer and assessor, an RTO trainer, or a training advisor in the workplace, and/ or in a Vocational Education and Training (VET) environment. The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification TAE40110 is currently the standard for anyone wanting to become a qualified trainer. This Training and Assessment course will teach a myriad of training and assessment activities, including how to design and develop learning programs, use training packages and accredited courses to meet client needs, and how to plan, organise and deliver group-based learning, as well as how to facilitate learning in the workplace. Additionally, you will learn many facets of assessment activities and processes. 3 Inspire Education (Inspire RTO # 32067) will provide you first-class training and student support while you upgrade from TAA40104 to TAE40110 and undertake your studies in the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Inspire is a training organisation that offers a range of Nationally Accredited training options designed to meet the needs of students/trainees, businesses and industry. Currently Inspire Education offers Recognition of Prior Learning. Available only for learners w ith enough current training experience and/or qualifications to gain Recognition of Prior Learning for all 10 course units. New learners and enrolees for the TAE40110 must successfully submit all assessment requirements on or before 6 September 2017 in order to be eligible to gain this qualification. Note: Students must be able to demonstrate sufficient evidence of currency in training in order to gain full RPL for the TAA40104 qualification. Where sufficient evidence of currency cannot be demonstrated, additional gap training may be required. RPL is offered to any Learner who can provide evidence of competency for the units offered within this qualification. This can include any previous training (formal or informal) of previous life or work experience. The RPL process is really straightforward, simply indicate on your enrolment form that you would like to apply for RPL and once your enrolment is confirmed, you will receive an RPL pack to help with evidence collection. 5 The Certificate IV in TAE is suitable for anyone looking to enter job roles which relate to the delivery of training and assessment of competence within the VET sector. 6 Once you have completed and sent in your Inspire enrolment form, simply complete the following: 1) Provide a copy of your TAA40104 Certificate, including the units complete (Statement of Attainment). 2) Provide evidence of vocational currency (e.g. 3rd party employer / association report outlining your training or assessment activities) to ensure your training experience is up to date. 3) Complete our TAE4110 RPL Application. 4) You re done!
