3 Mission The mission of AIT in the context of the emerging environment is "to develop highly qualified and committed professionals who will play a leading role in the sustainable development of the region and its integration into the global economy". 3

The AIT Extension has over 20 years of experience in conducting or administering non-degree training programs. The AIT Extension has the human resources and facilities to undertake consultancy services or organize and conduct customized training programs in support of APAARI s mission. The AIT Extension has adequate IT facilities for either training or consultancy services. Training participants have access to the Internet 24 hours/day all days of the week. 44
