ETTSA is interested to engage the services of following IT and non-it professionals on contractual basis initially for a period of one year : - 1. PROJECT MANAGER- 1 NO 2. Undertaking) Improvement Trust Building, Chhoti Baradari, Patiala Phone: FAX ETTSA(Excise and Taxation Technical Services Agency) is a society created by the Government of Punjab for implementation of technical projects in the Excise and Taxation Department, Punjab. It is currently engaged in computerizing the Tax Procedure under the VAT regime. ETTSA is interested to engage the services of: - 1. PROJECT MANAGER-1: Qualification (a) Master's Degree in Engineering/Technology with Computer Specialization from an institute of repute with atleast 5 years experience in the following activities: Project Experience Working knowledge 1. E. Governance 2. Software Development and Implementation 3. Policy Formulation 4. Administration Management 5. Procurement 6. Change Management 7. Consultancy 8. Government and Public Sector Undertakings rules and regulations 9. Hands on OR (b) Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with Computer Science or Electronic Specialization from an institute of repute with atleast 7 years experience in the activities (1-9) given above. Total experience atleast 15 years in IT field with atleast 4 years experience in independently handling large projects with all components of system integration like hardware management, RDBMS, LAN, WAN, NMS with experience on RISC based servers. Preference will be given to following. 5+ years Oracle experience including software development and implementation. 2+ years of System Integration experience, experience of handling System Administrator/multi-point, multi location projects (Additional points). Preference will be given to IIT graduates or those with additional MBA degree. Knowledge of working of client server applications, working of Oracle, Data base applications, creation/maintenance, experience of EDP, Department vendor management skills. Unix and Windows 2000 operating System

3 Networking (WAN and LAN) Ability to maintain SLAs Implementation experience of large projects Responsibilities He will be the in-charge of technical projects He will coordinate ETTSA's effort with the system integrator and vendors and will be responsible for overall management of the projects. He will report to CEO, ETTSA He will provide Technical consultancy for up-gradation, operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project from time to time (Additional responsibility). Approximate Pay package As per industry standard, the preferred salary in the present case may be negotiable upto Rs. 1.5 lac per month. Age Not more than 45 years on the last date for submission of application. 2. Software Specialist: (1No.):- Essential:- B.E./B.Tech Computer Science, IT, Electronics or Electrical or MCA. Essential 5 years of experience in Software development desirable. Exposure to SDLC. Have completed at least 2 projects of software development. Knowledge of software development and relevant technical certification(s). Compensation: Compensation for the above position would be based on the 3. Hardware & Network Specialist: (1No.):- Essential:- B.E./B.Tech Computer Science, IT, Electronics or Electrical or M.S.c (Computer Science). Essential 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure deployment and management. Desirable: Have completed at least 2 projects for setting-up or managing data centre. Have completed at least 2 network implementation/management projects involving at least 20 locations, each. Technical certification(s) in IT infrastructure management or network administration is essential.

Information Assistant: (3No.) Qualification:-Essential: Bachelor Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from recognized University or Diploma in Computer Science from an Institute recognized by the State Board of Technical Education. - 1 Should possess at least two year of working experience in reputed organization having annual turn over of more than Rupees 5 crores. Preference would be given to a candidate possessing good knowledge of Oracle, Visual Basic. 2. Candidate having proficiency in Typing and DATA processing shall be preferred. Consolidated remuneration per month : Rs.10,000/- Age- Not more than 25 years. 6. Secretary to CEO: (1No.) The incumbent should be Graduate from a recognized University, having atleast five year experiences as senior scale stenographer/ Personal Assistant/ Private Secretary in any Government/ Semi Government Office/Corporate House OR a retired Personal Assistant or Private Secretary of the State/ Central Govt. The incumbent should have a speed in English short hand of atleast 100 WPM and transcription thereof at speed of 40 WPM. He should have sufficient experience w.r.t. the duties of this job and work on computer and should be proficient in English. AGE: The incumbent should be between the age group of years, On retirees this condition will not apply. Remuneration :- Rs. 10,000/- PM (Consolidated). 7. Receptionist :(1No.) The incumbent should be graduate, proficient in English and smart. He/ She should have the experience of the job of receptionist of atleast two years. The incumbent should be in the age group of years. The retired Government personnel having the required qualification and experience may also apply. The monthly remuneration of Rs. 6000/- consolidated.
