General Requirements : An excellent command of English and Sinhala/ Tamil. Excellent interpersonal, netwking, communication and leadership skills. Ability to use common computer operating systems and packages as relevant and required to the each post. 1. Assistant Direct / Legal (01) Attney at Law of the Supreme Court with five (05) years of experience and a Notary Public who has license to practice both in Sinhala & English. and A minimum of one (01) year experience of the relevant field in Government, State Cpation, Statuty Board a recognized Private Institute. 2. Assistant Direct / Tourism Development - (03) A University Grant Commission recognized Degree in the field of Engineering / Planning / Tourism Management / Business Management / Business Administration / Enterprises Management / Architecture / Environment / Economics. A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate not less than Level 07 obtained from a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission recognized Technical/ Vocational Training Institute in the relevant field. and A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying experience in the relevant field.

Assistant Direct / Executive Chef - (02) A University Grant Commission recognized Degree in the field of Tourism Management / Tourism and Guest Hospitality Management / Tourism Planning / Hotel and Food Beverage preparing / Tourism Development. A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate not less than Level 07 obtained from a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission recognized Technical/ Vocational Training Institute in the relevant field. and A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying experience in the relevant field. A Diploma of not less than three (03) years in the field of Hotel & Catering Operations/ Tourism & Hospitality Management obtained from Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management with minimum of five (05) years post qualifying managerial level experience in the relevant field. 4. Assistant Direct / Software Engineering - (01) A University Grant Commission recognized Degree in the field of Infmation Technology / Computer Science / Software Designing / Software Engineering. A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate not less than Level 07 obtained from a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission recognized Technical/ Vocational Training Institute in the relevant field. and A minimum of one (01) year post qualifying experience in the relevant field. Age : Should not be less than 22 years and not me than 45 years. (The upper age limit is not applicable to nternal candidates & those who are in Public Service / Statuty Boards / State Cpations in the Provincial Public Service). Personal Assistant (PA) to Direct General / Juni Manager (Contract basis) (01) A University Grant Commission recognized Degree in the field of Mass Communication / Languages / Management / Administration with a minimum of one (01) year experience in the capacity of Personal Assistant in the relevant field. Followed a Chartered Secretariat Course from a recognized Institute with minimum of three (03) years post qualifying experience in the relevant field. Age : Should not be less than 22 years and not me than 45 years. (The upper age limit is not applicable to internal candidates & those who are in Public Service / Statuty Boards / State Cpations in the Provincial Public Service). Salary Scale : Rs. 45,000/- per month (all inclusive) Recruitment Method : By an interview ( if the interview panel recommended, there will be a written test) 6. Cook - (01) A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Certificate not less than Level 02 obtained from a Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission recognized Technical/ Vocational Training Institute in the relevant field. Waiter Room Boy - (02) Sitting f the G. C. E. (O/L) Examination A certificate in House Keeping relevant experience in House Keeping at a recognized establishment is an added qualification Salary Scale : Rs. 24, x x x x Rs. 37,000 (PL-1) Initial Step - Rs. 19,622/- + Rs. 4,848/- + Cost of Living Recruitment Method : By an interview
