4 Qualified Internal Auditor Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA) is based on the International Standards for Qualified Internal Auditor (ISQIA) developed by International Qualifications Network (IQN). ISQIA introduces the principles and applications of internal audit engagements for different business. QIA designation is regarded as a key benchmark in internal audit profession and is recognised in Scottish Credit & Qualifications Framework (SCQF). QIA is awarded by IQN and credit rated by Edinburgh Napier University, UK. 7 Duration Total time to complete the preparation for QIA exams will depend on your background and willingness. However, BiMS packaged QIA classes and exams in a 3-months period. BiMS is an authorised test centre for QIA. BiMS is also the only registered training centre for QIA in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Fee Fee for the entire programme is BDT 30,000/- (Payable by installments). The fees include UK exam fees for first attempt. Class time & Exams Classes for QIA are held on weekend. Once a student is admitted with BiMS, he will get service for 3 months including the exam. 7
