3 Earning Certification A Four-Step Process You are considered Certified upon completion of the following requirements in the order outlined: Step 1: Return the Certification Application Fill out and send in application (found at the end of this guide). Step 2: Complete the Required Training Courses Each certification track requires the completion of at least two instructor led training courses. Step 3: Pass your ination This section contains the detailed requirements for each certification path. Certification s Once you have completed your instructor led training, the certification exam gives you a chance to prove your proficiency. s consist of 50 questions with a passing score of 70%. Certification Tracks and Levels CallidusCloud has three certification tracks: Certified Commissions Specialist is for those who demonstrate superior knowledge and skills in Compensation Management, strategically aligning and effectively managing compensation practices. The Certified CPQ Specialist Certification demonstrates skill and experience working with CallidusCloud CPQ to create and manage the configuration of product quotes. The Certified Workflow Specialist Certification demonstrates proficiency with the use, administration and configuration of CallidusCloud Workflow.

5 Certified Commissions Specialist The Certified Commissions Specialist Certification is for those who demonstrate superior knowledge and skills in Compensation Management, strategically aligning and effectively managing compensation practices. 6 Certified CPQ Specialist The Certified CPQ Specialist has demonstrated proficiency in the skills needed to configure and manage data, maintain and maximize a Callidus CPQ environment. To complete this certification, the following courses and exams must be completed: Course or Name CPQ: Foundations CPQ: Intermediate CPQ: Advanced Certified CPQ Specialist - Online Format Note: s require a minimum of 70% for passing.

7 Certified Workflow Specialist The Certified Workflow Specialist has demonstrated proficiency in the skills needed to use, customize, and administer CallidusCloud WorkFlow in order to automate and improve the efficiency of routine business processes. To complete this certification, the following courses and exams must be completed: Course or Name Workflow: Foundations Workflow: Intermediate Certified Workflow Specialist - Online Format Note: s require a minimum of 70% for passing.

8 To Get Started on your Certification Path: Complete and submit the Certification Application form here OR Visit the Certification page in the CallidusCloud Community at community.calliduscloud.com Once your application has been received, please allow one working day to assign your exam. You will receive an automated with a link to your exam. You will have 30 days to complete the exam. The exam will consist of 50 multiple choice questions. Once you start, you will have three hours to complete it. The timer cannot be stopped or paused during the exam. Passing the exam requires that you answer 70% of the questions correctly. You will be given an opportunity to check your answers before submitting the final result. Your score will be provided to you immediately. If you do not pass the exam on the first attempt, you will be allowed to re-take the exam again after 7 days. If you do not pass the second attempt, you will need to request a retake after 30 days.
