4 1 Important information/safety instrutions 1.1 eneral safety preautions Warning Warning This appliane an be used by hildren aged 8 years and above, and by persons with redued physial, sensory or mental apabilities or lak of experiene or knowledge, provided that they are supervised or have been instruted in the safe use of the appliane and understand the hazards involved. Children must not lean or arry out user maintenane on the appliane exept under adult supervision. Risk of personal injury! Children are not permitted to play with the produt. 1.2 Eletrial onnetion Danger Warning Caution Hazardous eletrial voltage! The terminal bloks are live and ause death through eletri shok. All power supplies must be isolated before eletrial installation is started. Eletrial installation may only be arried out by an authorized eletriian and must follow appliable loal and national regulations (IEC ). It must be possible to isolate the power supply using an all-pole iruit breaker with a minimum ontat gap of 3 mm. 4 VQILV302

Unmount the front by loosen the srews in eah orner. 3. Mount the box on the wall by using the designated markings on the inner bak side of the box. 12 For this example, to aess and ativate Distribution iruit 2, you first need to enter the aess ode as desribed in the Commissioning uide. Then navigate to "Mix valves" in Settings and press the text "Distribution iruit 2". On page 1, set the values for minimum/maximum supply line temperature. On page 2, you an adjust the heat urve for Distribution iruit 2. Notie that, depending on if the distribution iruit is set as a radiator or floor heating system, the "Fatory reset" button will set different values. After all the adjustments are made, go bak to page 1 and press the swith at the top of the page to ativate the funtion and also make it visible and aessible in the menu for the end user. 12 VQILV302

15 4 Configuring the module 4.1 Language seletion Navigate to Installation in the menu and press right arrow to enter the installation menu. > Manual test Installation Press and hange language setting with up/down arrows, onfirm with, exit by pressing repeatedly on the left arrow until you reah the start menu. 16 4.2 Software seletion/set unit ID Software seletion: At first boot and after reset of the unit in field: Selet Appliation and press right arrow Set unit ID: First page/main window: Selet Menu (right) >Appliation System Communiation Time/Date Tank TWC / WCS 0.0 ºC Hot Water 0.0 ºC Menu> Selet the orret appliation (up/down, then right) Selet Installation and press right arrow > EM_ Pool EM_TWC_WCS LegayControl Cooling_II > WCS Manual test Installation Ativate the seleted appliation (, then up/down, then ). The unit will then immediately restart and run the seleted appliation Installation: Change Unit ID (, then up/down, then ) Title: EM_TWC_WCS Ativate: No Installation Unit ID: 0 TWC/WCS must be stated as ID: 1 Shunt 2/3 must be stated as ID: 2 Shunt 4/5 must be stated as ID: 3 Cooling2 must be stated as ID: 4 Set as ID: 0 if it is not to be onneted with the heat pump. Then press left twie to get to the main window. RESET An inorret appliation seletion an be hanged by resetting the internal memory with the power on. On the right hand side of the unit there is a small hole. Use the end of a paperlip or similar to press the reset button in the hole. 16 VQILV302

17 5 Manual test 5.1 Manual test set up Navigate to Manual test in the Menu and press right arrow to enter the Manual test menu. WCS Manual test Installation Choose Analogue out or Digital out with up/down arrows and press right arrow to enter the respetive menu. The Out parameter determines whih setting in Auto that is urrently ative in Manual test: Manual test AO1 Auto: 65.0 Manual: 0 Out: Auto 1/5 % % Manual test DO1 Auto: On Out: Auto 1/7 N "Auto:" will always display the desired output from the software, even in Manual mode.
