1 LSM-0H/1H/3H/6H/512H Laser Scan Micrometer SERIES 544 Non-contact Measuring Units LSM-0H LSM-6H LSM-1H LSM-3H LSM-512H Using a high speed scanning laser beam, the Laser Scan Micrometer can accurately measure workpieces which are difficult for conventional instruments, such as brittle or elastic parts, hot parts, parts which need to be kept clean, and soft parts which may suffer dimensional changes due to measuring force. Transparent part measurement is also possible. High speed laser scanning (1600 scans/ sec) for efficient measurement in automated production lines. Assemble type structure of the measuring unit allows various applications for measurements (except for LSM-0H). LSM-0H is specially designed to measure fine wires. Dust/Water protection grade conforms to IP-64. Display unit is optional. (See page 7.) The optical characteristic data of each measuring unit is stored in the ID unit supplied. Calibration gage sets are optional.
