The solution can be integrated into the access control system, making it easy to manage several key cabinets, which can even be in different geographical locations. In case of a smaller need, you can also choose the Traka Touch key cabinet as it is without the management software. Easy to manage The Traka Touch system is easy to manage with the browser-based Traka Web application. It can be done remotely from a single location, even if you have several key cabinets in several different locations. Changes, such as adding and removing access rights, can be made in real time. The system can be managed using a computer, tablet or even a phone. All the data is secure, thanks to encryption. If you choose the Traka Touch key cabinet without the management software, changes and other programming take place directly in the key cabinet. Smooth to use The Traka Touch key management system includes one or more key cabinets and, if you want, the Traka Web application. In addition, it includes ifobs attached to the keys, locking the keys into their positions in the cabinet. When users identify themselves at the cabinet with a user ID, access identifier or biometric identifier, and optionally also a PIN code, the authorised keys are unlocked. After use, such as at the end of the work shift or a specific task, the user returns the keys to their rightful place. With the Traka Web application, the system can remind the user and inform the administrator if the keys are not returned on time. 4 TRAKA TOUCH SPECIFICATIONS For uses of all sizes There are three different cabinet sizes available for keys or bundles of keys. If necessary, the system can be easily expanded with additional cabinets. Traka Web supports a maximum of four expansion cabinets per system control panel, for up to 720 bundles of keys per system. The expansion cabinets are managed from a single screen, and they are available for series S as well as L systems. The user can only open cabinets that have keys to which the user has access rights; in addition, finding the key is made easier with LEDs. 5 Easy to use Traka Touch is an advanced key management system with built-in intelligence. The system has everything you need, and it is easy to use. After authentication, a green LED in the cabinet indicates the keys to which the user has access. The user chooses the key they need by selecting it on the screen, with the keys unlocked. Keys indicated with a red LED remain locked. Keys are attached to an ifob with a security seal and locked in place until an authorised user removes them. When using an ABLOY cylinder strip, the key is locked directly in a cylinder inside the cabinet, hiding the cuts on the key. When returning keys to the cabinet, users use personal ID codes to identify themselves. An orange LED indicates the right position. When retrieving the keys, users identify themselves to the cabinet using their user ID, user tag or biometric identifier, and optionally with a PIN code as an added security feature. Traka Touch has extensive reporting features on users as well as keys. Reports can be read directly from the screen or transferred via a USB memory stick to a computer. Language choices are user-specific, so after users identify themselves at the cabinet, the language of the user interface changes automatically according to each user's settings.

6 ABLOY CYLINDER STRIP Traka and Abloy Oy have jointly developed a new locking strip for the Traka Touch system. ABLOY keys can be locked with the electromechanical locking units of the strip. In the locking strip, the cuts on the key are hidden. The locking strip is also an excellent choice for master keys that need to have access rights specified, for example. The master key can only be taken from the Traka Touch key cabinet by authorised persons. The new locking strip is compatible with the M, S and L Touch cabinets. Keys or identifiers are attached to an ifob with a safety seal, and they are locked in the cabinet and released only for authorised persons. Abloy keys can also be attached without an ifob directly to the ABLOY locking strip.
