Creone supplies simple and flexible solutions for key management no matter what the environment. We offer a wide range of cabinets in different sizes for all types of needs. All of our Keyboxes can easily be expanded with more lockers or key hooks to grow with the user s needs. Control KeyBox gives you total control over your keys. All of our Keyboxes have code locks and you can easily decide who should be given access to a certain cabinet or a certain locker. If you choose a KeyBox from our System series, you also have the ability to retrieve a history or information about a certain door or a certain key directly in the display. Flexibility All of our Keyboxes are flexible and can easily be adapted to suit the user s needs. Begin with storage for a few keys and then add on as the need arises. KeyBox can be expanded with several cabinets in a network or by connecting additional satellite cabinets to a main cabinet. Up to 15 additional Keyboxes can be added to the B and S series. Easy to use KeyBox is not only easy to administrate, it is also easy to install. As a user, you will be given a code to enter when you are retrieving or leaving your keys. The code may be valid for a door or for a specific locker. 2 3

3 KeyBox easy and flexible. Choose the system that suits you and your organisation. KeyBox comes in Basic (B) or System (S). The Basic series is somewhat simpler while the System series has displays and offers more functions. The Expansion series (E) functions with both the Basic and System series. Basic (B) Basic series (B) is based on simplicity and safety. The KeyBox is equipped with a keypad for entering codes and programming. The cabinet has a red diode that indicates that the cabinet is active, which blinks more frequently when in Service mode. Expansion (E) The Expansion-series (E) is a series of expansion cabinets that can be combined with the different ranges according to the need for key places or storage compartments. A main cabinet in the Basic or System range can be expanded using up to 15 expansion cabinets. The Expansion boxes are managed and controlled by the keypad on the main cabinet. Eight different codes can be programmed per key compartment. The cabinet is available in different models with 16, 29 or 216 key hooks or, alternatively, with 6 Up to 15 expansion cabinets can be added on in any combination, which means that you can have up to 96 compartments in the same system, all managed by the same keypad. System (S) The System series (S) is a flexible and intelligent range of Keyboxes where the keypad is complemented by a display, to provide a good overview and simple programming. The cabinet manages up to 1,200 codes (1-6 digits) and stores up to 4,000 events. The system series can also be connected to a PC and administration is performed using KeyWin Light. KeyWin Light* KeyWin is a PC program that increases the control and monitoring of key management. KeyWin is comprehensive and very easy to administer. All events are registered and saved in KeyWin. KeyWin Light can be used with the Basic and System series. Transfer of codes and logs is made via USB memory. By plugging a USB memory in the cabinet as well as entering the service code, you can easily enter new codes in the cabinet, or download the event log to the USB memory. In the computer you can then simply add, delete or edit codes as well as search information in the event log. In the Basic series, codes can easily be administered in the computer via KeyWin Light and can then be uploaded to the cabinet via a USB memory. With the System series, you can easily administrate codes and search in the event log from Keybox via a USB memory.
