2 Current Customer Usage The Current Customer Usage Reports include: Volume Report Projected Takes The volumes/quantities displayed are the best available data Measurement if available SCADA estimate for other previous time periods SCADA projection for future time periods 2

3 Getting Started Go to the LINK home page and choose the appropriate company. 3

4 Getting Started Click on Customer Activities (Login). When the popup box appears, enter your LINK ID and password, then click the OK button. 4

5 Getting Started From the Menu Tree, click on Flowing Gas ->Measurement -> Current Customer Usage 5

6 Report and Parameter Selections For the Customer Volume Report select the Operator or Shipper from the Drop Down List and press the Go Button. For the Projected Takes Report 1 st Select the Operator 2 nd Select the Report type (Deliveries, Receipts, or Deliveries & Receipts) and press the Go Button 6

7 Customer Volume Report Displays the best available current and previous day s volumes and quantities Additional Functionality: -Auto Refresh every 5 min -Export to Excel * * * * Identified SCADA data is used. If * is not displayed then all data displayed is from Measurement Data is operational, not billable 7

8 Customer Volume Report (Data Elements) Current Hourly and Daily Flow: Instantaneous meter station energy or volume flow 9am Last Hour: Estimated accumulation of energy or volume from the beginning of the gas day to the current time (combination of available measurement values and SCADA estimates) SCADA Proj: Projection assumes current flow rate continues for the remainder of the gas day BTU: Heating value from measurement PSIG: Static pressure Data Age: number of minutes since current rate changed 8

10 Projected Takes (Data Elements) Data Source: SCADA (S), Measurement (M) MHTQ: Maximum Hourly Take Quantity Current Rate: Instantaneous hourly energy flow Hourly % diff: Percent difference between MHTQ and current rate Current Accum: Estimated accumulation of energy from the beginning of the gas day to the current time (combination of available measurement values and SCADA estimates) 10
