3 Log In 1. Open Internet Explorer web browser and type in the address bar: 2. The Welcome To The Palm Tran Bus Pass Database screen displays. Click on the Log In link: Page 3 of 41
4 3. Enter your User ID and Password and click on the Log In button: Page 4 of 41
5 Forgot Password 1. Click on Click here: 2. Enter your User ID and click on the Send Password button: Page 5 of 41
6 Bus Pass Lookup 1. Click on the Bus Pass Lookup link: 2. The Bus Pass Lookup screen displays. Enter Pass number or select Status from the drop down box Click on the Search button The following screen displays: Note: To Export Report to Excel spreadsheet click on the Export Report button. 7 Current Inventory 1. Click on the Current Inventory link: 2. The Current Inventory screen displays: Page 7 of 41
8 Edit Profile 1. Select Edit Profile from My Profile Menu: 2. The Edit Profile screen displays. Make the necessary changes to the Profile and click on the Save Profile button: Page 8 of 41
9 Change Password 1. Select Change Password from My Profile Menu: 2. The Change Password screen displays. Enter Old Password Enter New Password Confirm New Password Click on the Change Password button: Page 9 of 41
10 Change Agency 1. Select Change Agency from My Profile Menu: 2. The Change Agency screen displays. Click on the drop down box to change Agency and click on the Change Agency button: Page 10 of 41

12 TD Client Pass Sale 1. Select TD Client from Bus Pass Sales Menu: 2. The TD Client Maintenance screen displays. To Search for a client do the following: Enter Last Name, First Name, Client ID or DOB (Search can be done by entering the full or partial Last Name or First Name) Click on the Search button The following screen displays: Page 12 of 41
13 3. Select client and update the necessary changes to the Client Details, Documents, or TD Bus Pass Sale Tabs. Save changes: Page 13 of 41
14 4. To add a New client click on the New Client button: 5. The following screen displays. Enter the following required fields and click on the Save Client button: Last Name First Name Date of Birth Member in Family Annual Income Page 14 of 41
15 Notes: Member in Family and Annual Income determines bus pass eligibility. To view the Poverty Guidelines click on the. 6. Click on the Documents Tab. Enter the following required fields and click on the Save Documents button: Client Legal Status Legal Status Expiry Date Client Photo ID Proof of Income: Page 15 of 41
16 7. To add an attachment click on the New Attachment button: Click on the Browse button Select file Click on the Attach File button: The following displays: To view the attachment click on View To delete attachment click on Page 16 of 41
17 8. Click on the TD Bus Pass Sale Tab. Click on the New Transaction button: 9. The following screen displays: Note: To delete batch click on the Page 17 of 41
18 10. Enter the following required fields and click on the Save Transaction button: Next Purchase Date Pass Type Quantity From Bus Pass Number To Bus Pass Number The following screen displays: Note: To print transaction click on the Print Receipt button. Page 18 of 41
19 11. To Update the status of an already sold TD Bus Pass select a Pass Status from the drop down box and click on the Save Status button: Page 19 of 41
20 Regular Price Pass Sale 1. Select Regular Price from Bus Pass Sales Menu: 2. The Regular Bus Pass Sale screen displays. To Search for a Transaction Date do the following: Click on the Transaction Date field and select month and date from calendar Click on the Search button The following screen displays: Page 20 of 41
21 3. To Sell / Issue a New Bus Pass or Passes enter the following required fields and click on the Save Sale button: Pass Type Quantity From Bus Pass Number To Pass Number: Page 21 of 41

29 Issue/Exchange Agency Batch 1. Select Issue/Exchange Agency Batch from Agency Menu: 2. The Issue/Exchange Agency Batch screen displays. To Search for an agency do the following: Enter Agency Name or Agency ID Click on the Search button The following screen displays: Page 29 of 41

32 6. To Exchange a Bus Pass or Passes select Exchange from the Transaction Type drop down box. Enter the following required fields: Pass Type (Current batch being exchange for another batch) Quantity From Bus Pass Number To Bus Pass Number Page 32 of 41
33 7. Click on the Add Exchange button. Enter the following required fields and click on the Save Transaction button: Pass Type Quantity From Bus Pass Number To Bus Pass Number Notes: Bus Pass Exchange will be successfully saved. Please refer to the Regular Pass Sale section of this manual to Void, Return, or Record a Damaged Bus Pass or Passes. Page 33 of 41
