3 1927 Founding of the company by H.W. Schuler and S.L. Schild as an electrical engineering office in Zurich Restructuring to become a public limited company. History 1999 Expansion of the range of services offered to become a single-source supplier for engineering by taking over the Building Services department of Electrowatt Engineering AG and partial takeover of Intep Founding of Amstein + Walthert Holding AG (34 partners) Expansion to France: Amstein + Walthert SAS opened an office in Lyon. The Lightening Engineers of A+W and Reflexion AG start to be one company with the branding of Reflexion AG in Zurich The Enterprise of Schnyder Ingenieure becomes a part of the Amstein + Walthert Holding AG Integration of Enastra AG (former Alpiq EcoServices Ltd.) into the Amstein + Walthert Group. 3
